Indian Club Drill

Күн бұрынRoutines of this sort were once used in Olympic competition back in the early 1900's. Also, Indian Club Drills were once performed by gym classes or traveling gymnastic exhibition groups. Today, performing this kind of a drill is pretty much a lost art. The drill is performed here just to show you what these drills looked like.

Glad you've connected with Mike in the UK. He is awesome and has brought together so many elements of club swinging. I like the spins and loops you incorporate in your routine. Gives a visual to some of the instructional diagrams in the 19th century book of swinging by W. J. Shatz. Keep putting those videos out there. They are great.
