It feels sad to say, but Wuhan is better city than the Capital of India, Delhi.

Indian is arguing and focusing on the negatives but the Chinese have moved on and looking forward to the future. This is the difference in mentality of the two people.

There are nearly two hundred universities in Wuhan. So together the number of university students of Wuhan are over one million which is the most for any city in the world.
