Tea is more than just an aromatic hot beverage; it brings people together and is the solution to so many life problems. As the ritual of drinking tea is deeply integrated into so many cultures, I decided to start a new series called tea around the world.
Today, we are going to travel to India together and prepare the national drink Masala Chai!
There is not really a fixed recipe or method how to prepare this tea, but the main ingredients usually are black tea, milk, ginger and cardamon. And if you feel like it you can also add a cinnamon or a few pepper corns for example.
