There is no problem in storing dough in the fridge . Olden days ,it was bad due to fermentation. Working people always store this and there is no harm , scientifically.

Madam ji apka kaam to bahut acha hai but main apse request karna chahti hu ki raat ko Khana utna hi banae jitna apko Khana ho . Apne itna Sara aata laga Kar or sabji banakar freez main rakh diya ...it's not healthy..5-10min lagege fresh aata lagane main
