The Bitter Truth is - "We Indians Never Consider Railways As Our National Property". In India huge no. of passengers travel without tickets. It costs more than the income of all Luxury trains like Maharajas Express & Palace On Wheel. We want every facility from railway but we never do our own responsibility.

Yes it is true that huge no. Of passengers travel without ticket but if we look back we found that day by day government reduces the number of general coach in every train and in additional to this they add sleeper & ACs coaches . we also known that large section of this country are still labour class with low wages and less earning so they don't able to pay for sleeper & ACs coaches but government don't think about this problem. 95.3% of total population travel in general and sleeper coaches and only 4.7% populations travel in ACs in 2023. I hope now you understand the situation 🙏

Wrong. First of all, Indian railways is not an airline that is meant to earn profit. Indian railways is lifeline and connecting wire of national circuit. Big countries like India, Russia and China need to connect people form corner to corner otherwise country will not unified as the time passes. People should travel entire country at nominal rates so they can learn about every part of the coutnry. So, Its not business but essential expenditure like army, police, hospitals, schools.... Passengers that travel without ticket are in local trains and not in long distance trains.60 per cnet of the revenue comes from goods trains. And it has been said, railway is an essential service, not business.

@@WhiteKnight_OG All govt employees and their families get free healthcare. They can go to any clinic or hospital. They don't need to pay anything. For railway employees and families, travel by train is free. Govt spends thousands of crores every year on this.

@@Railgati32 Orignal intent of Dynamic Fair is to control ticket prices during the festival season, and it was introduced in 2016. Now as per India Railways, all year we have a festival season or should I say generate unethical profits through the common people.

Propaganda should be added with satire. Bcz comparative analysis is always done in comparatively basis which he done nothing, Bcz according to the video it seems before 2014 everything was fine and safety was the best, but inreality their wasnt even toilets in 90% of station and now we have bio toilets in all trains and stations, railways was what 30% electriified but now its 95%, and much new trains , also coaches production of stopped for worst safety standards in last 5 years now we are building vande bharat.

Aren't railways supposed to be for public welfare and not profit making? Passengers get to travel for 40-50 kms by meagerly spending Rs. 15. The purpose of this is to make long distance travel affordable to each and every citizen. They are meant for public welfare and not profit making

The worst railway minister... whenever question of railway recruitment is being asked to him his only reply is "railway recruitment is a continuous process" .. more than 1.5 lakhs safety category post are lying vacant but no initiative to fillup them.. Thank you for raising this issue

Honest to say, Indian railways have actually to an extent improved, especially in cleanliness in some trains, conversion from ICF to LHB rakes, also being from Bengaluru there is a station called Carmelaram which connects train towards Tamil Nadu and Kerala, in 2012 there was not even proper platform, no overbridge, not even electrified. It was inside a forest, but now the station has 2 proper platforms and the road once used to be a village type station, now there are so many shops, even big apartments next to the station. But yes as you clearly said Akash sir, vacancy is too much in Indian railways, still there need to be proper maintenance of stations and coaches, stop overcrowding and bring more trains within those routes.

​@@johnchrist-cn8ql I don't think we need bullet trains. Bullet trains operate at far high speed than vande bharat Itself. Even vande Bharat is not able to utilise it's full speed bcz of low quality train tracks and ineffective management of staff and management of existing trains and other assets. Our railway department is already bearing so much losses. It can't afford to run bullet trains. They are not running on ordinary tracks they require special tracks. As aakash said because of these factors railway is already in debt and it's expenditure is increasing year by year on the other hand income is not increasing in railways. So they need to first do things effectively rather than introducing new things. In Japan trains are not at all laye. Their avg delay time of trains is 20sec. We can't imagine that in our country. We can't expect a train to be only 20 sec late in our country.

​@@Agrim_raj7well the govt is making DFC for that purpose only, since most of the profit is from freight, DFCs will help increasing the speed of freight trains, thereby increase efficiency and profit. In turn the stress on tracks will decrease since they will be less used and avg speed of passenger train will increase since no freight trains

My father is a deputy cit in railways, he always tells the truth about what's happening in railways like vacant posts , rising fare , train accidents etc. Media never shows the ground reality of anything only people working in that area can know the reality. And the biggest fact is Trains can never be on time. You have to be very lucky to get the train on time😂😂

The most corrupt succeeds in promotions and have a union to protect each other. You do not become smart by just saying Andhbhakt to everyone who doesn't agree with you. People of this Nation are morally corrupt hence our leader would always be corrupt be it BJP, Congress or any other. Politicians and employees from Bihar would always be more corrupt than say a politician from South because people of Bihar are morally more corrupt. Have you seen the washrooms of any of the small railway stations, making two way rail is one thing and maintaining is another. The last time I check, the washroom of the stations were filled with black goo from the entrance, impossible to urinate or do potty as there is no place to stand or place foot

Only in main stations, in rural stations Railway made development expenses but no use still most are locked,and also train services remained same no extra trains. You go for special trains which rakes are 30+ years old.

I've personally seen municipal corporations installing dustbins all throughout the road but still many people are gonna throw their wastes on the roads only.. Open urination has been strictly condemned by the government but still many people urinate on the roads just bcoz it gets out of control [ Although this thing has been significantly reduced ] Now if Government takes stricter actions and beat the people doing such activities on the roads then Government aur local municipal corporations ko hi ulta gaali padhti hai.. So instead of blaming the Government and other officials.. we must first correct ourselves and then blame the Government for such sanitary issues.. Thank you!!

Without widespread education, we won't be able to raise awareness about critical issues like global warming on a global or national scale. It's challenging for individuals like you and me to bring about a substantial impact alone. We can't even persuade our fellow citizens to elect more educated politicians. The current government represents the true reflection of the people of India, as they tend to focus on actions that please the majority. I can share these insights based on my personal experiences traveling to 22 countries and interacting with over 35,000 individuals from the EU, the Middle East, and elsewhere. If we want our country to grow, the people and the government should work together. We can never grow by creating the social divide and the poison that we serve each other in the name of caste and religion!

Last vacancy notification issued in Indian Railways in 2019 and today even all seats are not filled also and before 2019,some vacancies are notified in 2018 and before that in 2015. So the major issue for the derail of trains are manpower. Even many staffs of security categories are doing 15-16 hrs of service daily instead of 8 hrs.

Immediately. 1. Nearly 10 lakhs vacancies are lying unfilled in Railway, defence, PSUs which resulted in salary savings of lakhs of crores to govt. Where did that money go? 3. Every govt deptt, PSU, defense establishments, railways' annual budgets are cut, resulting in lakhs of crores of saving to govt. Where is that saving going? 2. 350 rupees LPG in 2013 is 1200 now. 75 rupees petrol is 110 now. And this when crude is selling at around one third of its price of 2013. Where is that money going? 3. Crude arriving from Russia comes at 30% discount. Is the benefit being passed on to consumers? No. Where is that money going? 4. They started blending petrol with ethanol, to save on forex outgo. In reality, they did this to aid sugar lobby. Again, since ethanol is cheaper, did they reduce petrol price by even 1 paisa? They didn't. Where is this money going? 5. Ethanol dilution of petrol started at E10 ( 10% ethanol in every litre ) but now they have raised it to E20. Double dilution. Again, not 1 paisa price reduction. Where is this money going? 6. They are planning to raise Ethanol content gradually to 85% ( E85) but I am sure we will not see 1 paisa price cut. 7. As a result of E20 dilution, car engines (designed for max E10 fuel) will have their engines wear out prematurely. Forcing you to buy new car. Imagine what E85 fuel will do to your car. Hereafter, you may have to keep buying cars every 2 years to keep up with constant ethanol upgradation in petrol. 8. No escape if you buy diesel car because they started adding ethanol to diesel, too. And ethanol addition to diesel will finish diesel engines. Already diesel cars are suffering from DPF issues, post BS6. 9. Buying new car? Up to 2017, car price rise was a once-in-a-year event. Around budget time. Post GST of 2017, car prices got wings. Greedy car manufacturers are now raising prices 3 to 4 times a year. It's almost like Govt has unofficially told these car makers to keep raising prices so that govt can net more tax revenue ( GST being ad valorem). 10. Total foreign loans raised from 1947 से 2014 ( by all govts. ) was 55 lakh crores ( in 67 years ). Modi alone raised 115 lakh crores loan in last 9 years. Where is that loan money? 11. PM care fund was created in 2020 and contributions were forcibly collected from individual employees, industries, businesses, institutions, PSUs etc. No audit was allowed on this fund and no one knows where that money went. 12. Now CSR fund, too, is being diverted to PM care fund. And where is that money going? 13. Every year govt gets annual dividend from RBI which was around 50,000 crores in 2013. Modi raised it to 3 lakh crores. A 6 fold raise. And where is that money going? 14. After introduction of GST, centre is collecting IGST in its central pool. Part of this amount has to be distributed to states. But centre is not giving states any money. As a result of which states are being forced to levy new taxes on citizens or increase existing taxe rates. Where is the states' money lying with the central govt going? 15. Members of the armed forces were promised OROP. One Rank One Pension. Modi didn't consider their request ( which he had promised in 2013 ). Thousands of crores saved there. Where did that money go? 16. Modi amended Army Jawan recruitment plan and introduced new concept of Agniveers which is basically outsourcing security of this nation, to save on their pension money. Agniveers retire after 4 years of service and they don't get any pension. Huuuuge saving for Modi. Where is that money going? 17. GST imposed on even basic necessities like wheat flour, curd etc. Where is this amount going? 18. As a result of high prices, GST collection is breaking all previous records. Then where is that bumper GST collection going? 18. Many PSUs are sold in last 9 years to private cos. and lakhs of crores were raised by way of sales. Where did that money go? 19. See highway toll tax loot today and see for yourself by how many times it has risen in last 9 years. Where is that money going?

Salute you for the video. Railway as an organisation don't care about their employees. They just want the work completed and don't bother about whether the staff literally died in accomplishing the task. No proper accomodation facility, no confirmed tickets, no proper sleep for a person travelling for online duties to attend run time repairs. This is just one example

A few days ago , my train got delayed by 24 hours from the starting point. I filed a TDR contacted Rail Seva but nothing happened. Another scenario happened when the train i was supposed to travel got cancelled because of the Orissa accident but still didn't get the money refund from IRCTC even after raining a complaint via RailSeva

Abhi Niyu did video on the same topic of Railways 2 days back, only thing Deshbhakt added other than lifting the pointers is Passenger safety(very important point) with added tarka of manipulated propaganda, as usual. In spite of all these, if you compare 2 videos the first one gives a positive vibe depicting growth of India(not BJP or Modi) with genuine challenges & remedies while this one only gives pessimism & anti BJP/Modi narrative. That's the difference.

Very informative video. Keep it up. There are many railway routes where you will not get reservations if not booked 2 months earlier 😢. I couldn't go to my home town during Diwali only because of this reason. Today I heard that the railway has decided to redevelop 300+ railway stations. Many old marvellous iconic buildings will be demolished.😢

The vacancy calculation is of government is actually pretty old. With so much automation, we don't need that 3 lakh more people to run Indian railways. Pretty sure those empty vacancy calculation is done on at least 40 years old formula.

As a railway employee, I say actually railway work culture has moved backwards and taken a big downfall from the last 10 years due to acute staff shortage, very less funds granted & no new recruitments. Safety is compromised.

Over 3lakh vacancies, overworked and exhausted employees working back to back, while lakhs of eligible unemployed youth are waiting for jobs.... Such a sorry state of affairs. Meanwhile the railway minister raises slogans over corpses lying on railway tracks.

MEMU trains have toilets which are invariably very dirty. Toilets in smaller stations are very dirty. Toilets in ordinary passenger and even express trains are dirty. The Railway Minister should look into these matters and not keep his mind confined to Vande Bharat, Satabdi, Rajdhani and other premium trains. Aam Janta does not have the means to travel on these trains.

Looking at the conditions of local stations in Mumbai, it's still pathetic. No proper toilet, no facility for disabled persons and no breastfeeding rooms. I was just at cstm 2hrs back.c

Ye bht important chize hai thi k railway me karib karib 4 lakh staff ki Kami hai jiski wajah se remaining staff pr work load bht jyda hai locopilot ko aksar more tha. 14 hr duty Krna pdta hai unke pass na khana hota hai na pani or continue duty krni ki wajah se nind v aarhi hoti hai pr staff ko majboor Kiya jata hai k wo more than 12 hr duty kre ....ak behad thake huye insaan se hum alertness ki umeed kese kr skte hai jbki unka khud unke upr thakan ki wajah se control ni rhta ..... Glad that you bought this topic. Vande Bharath isn't any milestone it's just like any other train not special than the likes of Rajdhani, Duronto or Shatabdi. It's just a pure branding excercise. Moreover these trains are so costly that middle class can't afford to travel in Vande Bharat so ultimately who'll get the benefit? Definitely not the common man then why brand like it's a break through?

Exactly it is a local/demu/memu type train with better facility..... acceleration it better and gets highest priority so it cover the distance in 30-45min before then others train

Good video !! But I feel the government is atleast making an effort to make things better !! It's been 75 years, and now the railway station in my city got another rail line and another platform!! We got escalator last year! Things are progressing!! Let me tell u a small story, we had railway line over here since 1940s!!! My grandfather and many other freedom fighters met Gandhiji in the railway station during the freedom struggle!!

Its true that trains are more advanced as compared to 2004 and 2014 and it will improve in future also but it doesn't means we should stop asking questions for irresponsible actions of railways.. We have to improve from mistakes before it gets converted into a accident... But just keeping our mouth shut and just drawing comparison between 2004-14 and 2014-2024 it biggest stupidity

I am A rail fan ( Rail enthusiast) . Reading in Class 9 . Railway ko ek hi ALP se 15 - 17 Hour kaam karwana aur uske kaaran accidents hona manjoor hai lekin ye RRB walo ko vacancy dekar workers ke worload kam karna manjoor nahi hai . Pata nahi aage kya hoga . I also want to become ALP .
