I would like to share my positive experience with everyone, If your tortoise is not well, then pls keep it in warm water for 1 hour and do this weekly. This will help your tortoise to relieve itself fully and strengthen it's immune system. The level of warm water should be half the height of your turtle.

Sangram Mahanty yes you can buy a companion and also make sure you give it food and water time to time. And plant some herbs for it make sure there's shed area so that it don't feel hot.
