10:24 Ghee Different From Butter...Ghee is clarified butter. That has been clarified to remove its milk solids and water content, leaving a composition that's 99-100% pure fat. This process gives it a few key differences from regular butter: Ghee has a higher smoke point than butter, so it won't burn when you are cooking above a low temperature & Ghee which made from A2 milk of indian native cows (Desi Gaye🐮) it has A2 proteins The ghee obtained from A2 milk is Superior In Taste, is healthier and good for digestion. A2 cow (Desi Gaye) 🐮 ghee is grainy in texture and is made by heating butter on low flame for a long duration.

First make sure you go to a good Indian Restaurant. In the US not all Indian Restaurants make good Indian food. Americans generally like Grilled Tandoori Chicken, Kebabs, Chicken or Lamb Tikka or Shrimp Tikka, A Flatbread called Naan Butter or Garlic flavored ones and Chicken TikkaMasala or Butter Chicken. There’s Rice Dish called Biryani.. available in chicken, goat, lamb , shrimp or fish variants. Try it and make a vlog on your first experience.
