Because Chinese took 30yrs socialist road to develop heavy industry and realized industrialized(1949-1978。 More importantly，Chinese have independent sovereignty

We have the largest population & not all are present on social media platform & the major chunk of SM users follow celebrity & influencers and not geopolitics or other countries. So they don't know a whole about china. I have been a active geopolitics & cultural follower & it didn't shocked me how China is today , China is today bcoz china did, if people want to deny it they can, but thing is there. We are also living in cashless society also & UPI from INDIA is now being adopted across the world , and china has large ev market bcoz of the lithium reserves that's extractable . And living in a democracy has its merits & demrits. When govt shows 1 finger towards the development of any projects, 4 fingers are shown towards govt as opposition, this maybe alien concept in China, but it's the reality here. And the mess & stagnation of development caused by previous govt will take time to regain. We are now already sprinting in making highways & expressways & creating record for avg 30 km/day, building semi high speed railways, new RRTS is developed . If the current govt remains for next 10-20 yrs , we will give you a healthy tough competition.
