Hope you are doing well!! Yes, I am back from India & after coming back the first thing I wanted to do was meal prep and planning for those busy working days. So, In today's video I am sharing few helpful kitchen tips and ideas that reduce the work in the kitchen to a large extent. As a working mom, I follow these simple kitchen hacks which saves a lot of preparation & cooking time every morning. I am also sharing few of my breakfast premix recipes for poha, upma, healthy pancake and porridge which simplify my breakfast routine.
Meal prep & planning are great way to save time & money and definitely allow you to have more time to pursue other things.
