“Luxury” planes are just dressed up versions of existing planes. All those planes have had all major components taken apart and tested. Like a wing would be put on a jig and deflected until it fails. The wing root would be put on a different jig and tested how much stress it would take to rip off a wing from the fuselage. The fuselage is put on a tank of liquid and overpressured to see if it pops. The fuselage would be put on different jigs to see how much torsional stress it can take. All of those components are tested for compressive, torsional, sheer, bending, etc (each test only testing for one type of stress at a time) to the point of failure.

The Problem Solver if those cars were from carbon fiber, you won’t even afford the rims Carbon fiber is very expensive material, most car brands use it in super cars, like Bugatti or koenigsegg, these types of cars, some cars do have it but not much, cause again carbon fiber is expensive

The thing is, every day cars have to be made out of plastic. If you think about it, the plastic you pay for actually saves your life. The impact from a crash causes the energy to go into all the crushed up plastic instead of to the driver. You can find videos of it where it compares full metal car frames from the 70s vs modern day.

The CHALLENGER comes in many different configurations where the most expensive is the Dodge Demon comes at a price of 85k in the USA. The tests determine the strength of the car's frame.

The challenger wasn't even the SRT. None of the muscle cars they showed were what it was in the picture, except the Camaro. Challenger: Demon---R/T Mustang: Hennessy tuned beast---base 5.0

It shows that the bulk of the engineering and development went into the stylistic design at the expense of the safety aspect. If I’m going to spend that much on a car, even though they’re vehicles of such a high caliber.
