Bollywood star and BJP MP-elect from Himachal Pradesh's Mandi, Kangana Ranaut, was allegedly slapped by a CISF official at the Chandigarh Airport while she was travelling to Delhi. A probe panel has now been set up to investigate the allegation.

Protests are part of healthy democracy. And CISF is responsible for security of important institution and Airport. Both are not related. Therefore being an good CISF employee does not empower any officer to slap any individual even if she belongs to an agricultural family or owe allegiance to any protests. Her behaviour calls for stern disciplinary action if investigation proves she is guilty of conduct.

there are multiple ironies in this matter and remembers me of sikh pogroms followed by murder of indira gandhi. the ideology which is happy now at this slapgate was blood thirsty of sikhs in 1983. the scenario was also same in 1983 when two sikh uniform personnel killed the former PM becasue of personal rage, the ideology was agreed with indira so the ideology took the streets and butcher thousands of sikhs. now again a sikh uniform personnel slapped a MP( this could have been escalated to killing/shooting as well) BUT the ideology is disagreed with kangana so they are happy at this slapgate. but in future this could again be someone with whom ideology agrees.
