i like that they're able to do these sort of movements. this is almost the sort of training i would find functional. there are a lot of movements that would be perfect for being a perfect human that aren't included in regular weight training. a lot of these movements aren't perfect at all but theyre creative and good for different levels of strenght trainging. more balance involved

CrossFit is cool to watch. Do what you want/like/love. It’s aggravating to listen to CrossFitters compare their sport to TEAM sports. It is extra hard to do a burpee being a tall person, in comparison to shorter. Longer hands and legs are not beneficial all the time, sometimes they are, sometimes not. So, in general it was equal more or less.

I think this is a very unique event and not knowing the number of reps for an exercise does really change how you approach it, but I do find they are gassing up the "unkown" element of this event a lot considering there are really only 2 exercises you can't infer from the equipment and set up.

Im watching this very late and haven't gotten through the Woman's Heat, however I think this would be super fun and slightly less error prone, i think if they: A. knew the time limit, B. knew the test list, C. knew both, and for all 3 scenarios they wouldn't know the amount they had to do. so abig unknown with the volume, but knew at least a different element of the Test.
