You need to do everything at game pace. Cross/Shoot the ball and beat the player as if its a real (90-100% effort) or else it wont translate into an actual game. You should be out of breath. Doesn't matter if the ball goes to the road, strike the ball with conviction and accuracy! Also your kicking mechanics seem a bit off. At times you're off balance or striking the ball on different areas of your foot. Go through some videos on KZfaq on how and where to strike the ball to drive, whip, curl it in. Goodluck
