Do give this vibrant and delicious noodle stir fry a try. You'll love it.
Ingredients:
180 grams sweet medley peppers
120 grams scallions
120 grams Red onion
4 packs indomine noodles
30 grams ginger
1lb shrimp
1/2 lb chicken thighs, cut into strips
1/2 lb beef shaved steak
4 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Since we just use half a pack of the seasoning when I make noodles we have packs in the kitchen. I've never cared for having too much sodium/salt plus I'm also a heart patient. I will use them at times when I cook and want to add a little umph to the dish and let guests try to figure out what I did. I was trying to decide on what I wanted for dinner today and you gave me an idea.👍🏾

How about....? Do what North American parents do - make noodles with your vegetables! For example, carrot &zucchini spiralized noodles with a peanut sauce.... OR, sweet potato noodles. OR, you can get spaghetti squash and make something they cannot resist on the side, to go with it, like ground meat of your choice. But objectively, WHO can resist noodles? Can totally relate to the children wanting to eat them every day! I would, too, but, have to practise moderation OR replace with more wholesome noodles than those made with processed flour Nice, handy grater..Neat fold-in design, like a Swiss Army knife-style!👍. Really nice pot, too!

Please how about showing us ways to cook ghanaian foods to avoid diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure. so many ghanaians are suffering from such and we know food as a contributing factor.
