For everyone who said dibetic, obesity or something like that First of all, we, Indonesians don't eat this everyday, this also a lil bit pricey for us, we usually eat this for special moments, like birthday, gathering, celebration. And also, we don't eat this alone, like whoever thinks we finish this 1 portion of martabak alone must be crazy, even if we finish it alone it would never be in one go, we can buy and eat it at night and heat it the leftover in the morning. We, Indonesians, usually share this food with our friends, family or neighbor, yes, that's how we live in Indonesia, be humble. Y'all talking about diabetic and obesity but ignoring your junk food, fast food, and other unhealthy foods that you eat.

Don't comment before you taste the food here people. You havent tasted it yet, so you cant judge it only by watching the vid. This is super good and balanced in taste when u eat it (especially the basic/simpler martabak). The people here in indonesia (i'm in jakarta) often eat this together with friends when having a movie time at a friend's house or office ☺️ i often buy this big only for 2 people when we're hungry as fck (eating with my husband) it'll last for hours

We do not consume a lot of meat, burger, pizza, kfc or hot dog. So, it's ok for us to eat this for snack... Hahaha 😂 Don't be jealous... Japan, England and Dutch knew that we have a lot of natural resources 😂😂😂 So, we do not eat junk food for breakfast or dinner... A lot of natural resources combine with a diligent mother 😁

Dear non Indonesia viewers. This is traditional dessert from Indonesia, terang bulan or martabak manis. It's very different with pizza, more like Indonesian pancake. We have many similar dessert with similar dough and cook by pan like martabak/terang bulan, there are apem, apem selong, serabi, pukis, kamir, carabikang, cucur/kucur etc

Mbak2 yg ngomong bacot2 coba berteman sama bule atau jalan2 ke luar negeri. Kue2 kita kebanyakan terlalu manis buat mereka. Dan soal video coklat2 meleleh, coklat mereka jg ga semanis coklat di kita. Mereka kebanyakan pake dark coklat yg kadar gulanya lebih rendah 😊

Tapi di sana chocolate ga begitu semanis coklat di indo yg terlalu banyak glukosanya karena mau untung byk jadinya pemanisnya lebih kuat daripada rasa asli coklatnya apalagi klo chocolate di Europe mereka lebih kyk dark chocolate yg rasanya ga manis bgt. Fyi aja orang Indonesia emg suka yg manis2 especially in Java setiap mampir ke rumah orang disuguhi teh manis/kopi manis.
