Thanks so much for all this content, I'm learning so much from these! A few weeks ago I was getting stuck on the simplest of models but you talking us through the process makes it all make sense. Top tier content! Slight sidenote: I like using N-Side splines instead of circles for Sweeps for that tiny bit more control
@polygonpen

Thank you, You are right about N-Side spline, mine is just an old habit.

Hi Polygonpen. It was great to start the day with your new masterpiece tutorial video again. I would like you to model "dji osmo pocket 2" in the next video of the hard surface modeling series. I'm very curious what kind of technique you will apply in some parts of it. I'm looking forward to learning. Thanks for all.

This tutorial literally helped me a few days back to get the socket right. I saw you struggling a little with the circle-resolution in the sweep. I prefer to use nSides because they're way easier to adjust. I wonder if there is a reason you use a circle? Does it make any difference i may not have in mind?
@polygonpen
@polygonpen 7 ай бұрын
Awesome! It is just an habit actually, Nsides would be better but I am used to select a circle.

It takes a lot of time, keep practising, I have using this program more than 10 years. You don't need 10 years though, consistent training about a year will give you good results.

Hey, Mert. Tell me, how to do the same trick with a spiral, but on the inside of the model? It's just that the extreme points stand up very strangely, I don't even know how to solve it.
@polygonpen
@polygonpen Жыл бұрын
Hey, I didn't get the problem but whatever you do with any spline, keep the segments very low, that is all I can say.
