Let me introduce Industrial District
Industrial District is an entire block.
A complete neighborhood, where you can find a small italian restaurant, on the first floor with a separate apartment. The next building is a deli and grocery store and a small public laundry, and on the top floor with another apartment.
You can find public restrooms, a subway staion what is under construction, an art gallery, a real estate office and a gym, as well here is a park with playground, benches, grill and a small pond.
You can find here a huge separate house with 3 buildings
4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, huge kitchen and living, sauna and yoga room, large swimming pool and hottub, and extrerioe kitchen area.
I took advantage of a glitch in game to get bigger lot, so that is why this property will be a "bit heavy" for a some player, because there is way too many items and buildings.
Some of the areas, or rooms may a bit under-decorated, because it was a really epic project... Well I forgot to do wiring, so it's your turn! :)
