I did some of the trails in Lithgow in a locked Patrol GU a few years back. The camera doesn't do justice to how steep the trails actually are there. Looks like the grenadier handled it well!

Wow - it's so good to see you taking this vehicle on terrain its been designed for. Looks like both you and your Grenadier handled the challenges with aplomb. Well filmed and produced too. I'm considering retiring our old R51 in the next few years and looking seriously at a Grenadier. Ours has been through some incredible terrain and kept our family safe over many years of exploring and camping. Good thing about an older car of course, is you're not so precious with it. However, it is getting long in the tooth (like its owner) and I want a new toy! Would love to do some training with these guys - they have a great reputation and that is gorgeous country around there. Cheers from Sydney and thanks Michael - David

@@deldridg I’m glad you’re enjoying my videos, David. I’m very pleased with my Grenadier, and I’d thoroughly recommend Getabout. I’m still at the stage where I worry about scratches, but it’s taken a few big hits underneath. 🙂

@GrenadierMichael Indeed. As you well know, building such proficiency will cost a few scars here and there, but it's a small price, depending on the scars of course, but you and I are not the GoPro + beers hero types! Yes, I do enjoy your videos and appreciate the time and effort you put into them. Really makes me want to throw a tent in our old fourby and head to a low-range escape from the big smoke!
