7 1/2 month old infant with seizures due to a rare brain tumor, a hypothalamic hamartoma. Gelastic seizures can be seen with the mouth pulling and forced smile. He check in and out of awareness as the seizures continue.
Watch his eyes, head jerks, eyes looking up and to the right, awareness, upper body jerks, mouth pulling and forced smiling, and the inability of him having it stop.
