Indian here, mom makes dahi this way everyday. She also removes the cream from milk everyday and stores it in the freezer. Every 6-7 days she takes out that cream to make ghee (saturated butter), and if there's enough cream, then first it can be used to make paneer and the remaining residue is used to make ghee. And by boiling and removing the cream from the milk, the milk becomes semi-skimmed (so same nutrients but way lesser calories. This way we have healthy fresh homemade dairy products every day. Milk here costs 60rs (around 0.75 dollar) per litre. This is THE INFINITE DAIRY PRODUCTS GLITCH. This is a common practice here and people have been doing it for generations.

There's about a dozen different cultures you can buy, freeze dried. If you've got no starter then you need to make farmers cheese first using citric acid. Or you can use cardamom clove or as the comment above says pine cones, they need to be green (young) though.

There is a yoghurt glitch backdoor, the milk does not change item name after turned into yoghurt, so there won’t be any recognition serverside, thats why it’s a glitch and not a hack or cheat.

Dude those dang devs patched the infinite land glitch back when you could claim as much land as you wanted without repercussions, they patched that but forgot to do it for the americas for the longest time.. I wouldn't be surprised if they patched the yogurt glitch too, hhhh these devs ain't any fun, I'm going to need to contact God through his github, or Zeus on discord, or any of the Hindu script devs on Facebook, they make this simulation less and less fun with every patch and every paid expansion DLC, IM STILL WAITING FOR THE SPACE EXPLORATION DLC they gave us that little teaser back in 1969 for the moon landing (I love the Easter egg 69 in the date) but it's been 52 years and no sign of this expansion flavor pack DLC...

Nah get 5 cattle and use 4 females for milk while there is 1 male. Make the male breed with female 1,2,3 and female 4. female 1,2,3 and 4 will have babies which we will call A,B,C and D. Depending on how many are female or male from the A,B,C and D start the breeding process again and also avoid incest so they don't get deformed.
