To all those complaining about the coughing, I get why it's annoying and I too would prefer no coughing in the background. But the truth is that it is not annoying unless you let yourself be annoyed by it. And if you are annoyed by it, observing and enquiring who or what that 'I' is which feels annoyed can be the focus of your meditation practice. Those coughs are the dharma.🙏

Do I imagine that I live in a world where I will have perfect conditions for meditation every time? This particular session is the one I listen to most frequently, regardless of the coughing and the tears.

@@amethystfeathers7324 "It's bloody annoying." Would you be annoyed without that thought? If there were still coughing, but no added, internal judgement going on inside your head labelling the coughing as annoying- would you still experiencing being annoyed? (really try to imagine the scene- there is coughing, but your mind is silent). Is the annoyance coming from outside, or within? The only person who has the power to annoy you, is you. In fact, by realising this, the coughing goes from being "annoying" to a true blessing.

I have often wondered if there is something about meditation that causes people to cougn. It happens so much. But I also agree this can be useful for the one who is annoyed by it. The cough is observed and the annoyance and mental talking about are also observed.

Sir I keep asking my self who am I n why am I here. I honestly tell u I became a victim of circumstances. I was longing for a guru but was misled but my search for universal truth has not ended. I can many u tubes etc. Etc. I saw u playing drum n I became mesmerised with the chant of Jay Jay shiv shambo. I felt this drum beat can awake shiva n come to this planet.

@@surekhashankaran2056 do not long for any guru. When the student is ready, the master will appear. Enlightened Masters, Teachers, Gurus are just mirrors to your Higher Self. Your Higher Self is the only Guru, Master, Teacher and it can only speak to you when you are completely silent...in thoughts, words and deeds.

I've done an hour or two mediation every day for a couple of years to help recover from a terrible accident. Of all the wonderful experiences I've had, this is the most practical and helpful. The magic of nothing is so wonderful. All things come from womb of the no thing. Incredible to vicariously experience for even a single moment.

It’s interesting to see how many people focus more on the coughing than on the speech of Mooji... ;-) Let it go - nothing stays... great opportunity to improve focus & concentration ;-) I almost never listened to a meditation or dharma talk without coughing people. I think that’s normal if there are so many people together and I think it also happens often to people when they try „not to cough“.... 🙏🏻💜 let it all pass.... Mooji says ;-)

I believe when you chase some sort of objective and tell yourself “I’ll be happy once I get this or once I have this or do this” you’ll find that once you get that thing you’re no different than before. I believe the path to happiness is within, not some external point to run to, so look within and find a perspective that allows you to be happy in the present. And I think we should spend most our time in the present because happiness is maximized when you’re lost in the moment and not thinking of something else while you’re doing whatever it is that is bringing you happiness. I find meditation helps practice being present and being in your body more than your mind. I also find that while meditating the mind is put at ease, making it easier to find a healthy perspective on things. Peace and love mis amigos eternos :)

Merci infini Mooji Baba. Et tte l’équipe qui permet de transmettre. Toux, oui et alors…? J’ai entendu des sanglots, des pleurs aussi. pas de commentaires sur cela. Ok. C’est ok. les paroles inspirées et inspirantes de M. Baba, invitation au voyage intérieur. Y revenir tt simplement. Ce flow et observer qu’à différents moments le mental qui souhaite distraire par ses propres préoccupations habituelles. L’ego affolé de n’être plus être au contrôle… de tt. Etc. Etc. Chacun ses observations Tout est en soi Intéressant à observer. Chacun explore Bcp de gratitude ❣️ up de joie à vous retrouver, écouter podcasts de M. Baba. Méditation et respiration. I've tired to meditate with Mooji a couple of times now and fallen asleep... I found it so funny how he's said this! I've never really tried the very calm aspect of meditation such as this one. It's always quite active visualizations so this is learning for me! Thanks so much

Who is I that went wrong? It is you, your Ego , your center, you as person. So can you observe without a center and how to know when you observe as person and when as awareness? Every time when you want something from observation it is the mind, every time you compare it is the mind every time you comment inside it is mind. So can mind be still even for a second? Try finding out answer and in that observation you will see when you give totall attention mind is quite, you are quiet. Try it for yourself. Infinite Love.

(( *before I mention this I want to clarify this is not to detract from the perfection of the guru's guidance or the gratitude I have for being given the opportunity to hear it here. It's just constructive criticism of how the video is presented* )) . . Having over an hour of silence at the end is a great idea except that the bell right at the end between the guided portion and the silence seems to interrupt and defeat the purpose. This is only my personal experience though. Also, I felt compelled to see if the video just froze or what because I knew it was supposed to be 90minutes. Thank you!!!

Mind problems , people have to stay put let go everything and thay can't do that so they are eaching, moving, coughing because they do not know how to be present and they are trying to concentrate instead of being attentive. Just let go everything and be infinite love.

I think it’s because they embark on a ‘purification journey’ and when you quit smoking stuff this is how your lungs react. Or else Mooji plants them to Test us. Cough cough.

As the Guru was directing I just observed the coughing sound. I made a mental note and since I wasn’t trying to concentrate , it didn’t bother me. There was also the sound of fan and loud snoring by my husband. But I sat there observing and not minding anything at all. Most peaceful half hour I have experienced in ages.

I am regular listener of Mooji. while listening, always two forces work. Voice of Mooji takes me up in different world of stillness, but disturbance by people coughing in background, again pull me down. I am unable to take my mind off from background coughing.

I Guess as long as you live in your human body/vessel of your true self on this planet we call Earth there are always giing to be distractions. It's called learning to "Hang on go NO thought or distractions while marinating in your true self."

What does it mean if I was deep in letting go of every thought then sort of on the verge of falling asleep when a shadow silhouette of a man popped up in the lower left corner of my mind. It scared me back into worldly consciousness so much I jumped. I have no recollection of any particular thoughts so I don’t know what it was but what if it’s important?

You fall asleep, purpose of the meditation is to stay completely present awake and alert without thoughts. But most of the people use it as a way to fall asleep, but that is fine too.

Hi Bri Terry---I would like to offer another thought about your experience. Often, when we get into the expanded Self energies, we start opening up our mind and our energy field. From that space, we start connecting to deeper levels of our being--which are normally subconscious or unconscious. And in those levels, we can start Seeing other beings that are not in the physical anymore. This can be a big surprise!! But it generally is just a beginning of being able to connect to other levels of LIFE and beings who are in different consciousness spaces. When it happens again, ask for help in releasing the fear, and maybe ask the being you saw who he is. God is with you, it is safe and okay, ask for help if you need it! You are doing a marvelous thing to be able to see and be aware of other levels.

*Awareness is never disturbed* Even disturbance is a happening in awareness . You must be aware of the disturbance or you could not even make that comment right?😇 Awareness is also aware of the distraction and disturbance in the mind.

Yes, but for the purposes of enjoying theta waves, it finds me reaching for the stop button. There is no cleverness in response to meditation but those intrusions are not conducive - I for one would not choose to meditate in a shopping centre - somebody with a lifetime of discipline and dedication might be able to take them in and continue unhindered , but us regular people can be hindered by the distraction.

How do you know that you have higher self? Have you ever asked yourself? Have you ever inquire is that true or just nice story that you liked and started to believe? Question everything and observe for yourself. Infinite Love.

It's called being your true self in a Earthly Human body that has allergies, colds, just random itchy throats. People cough and it is not necessarily Covid related. It's just how our body reacts to different elements which in return cause a person to cough.

What is going on with the crowd are they breathing in dirt. Mooji should say something to them. If you can't control yourself step outside. Be thoughtful of those around you. Of course sometimes it can't be helped. But to go on & on coughing up a lung is beyond distracting. It's like because there's one person coughing, then everyone jumps on the ban wagon. Just like a yawn it's contagious. Mooji should say take your mind off of your throat & listen to what I'm saying focus on nothing are some of these people even paying attention to what he's saying. He said focus on nothing. But if you focus on your throat & coughing of course you will cough, common sense. And I don't mean to hate. Hopefully this things can be used to be constructive. Because I believe this channel could be so much more & help so many people all over the Earth. Lastly I'm getting into the meditation. And some lady just breaks down & starts sobbing. Talk about distractions. Yes they tried to edit her out. But if the lady has problems they need to be addressed. Do so after the meditation. And if she can't control herself, she should be thoughtful of those around her. Don't let one person ruin it for thousands of other people. I know he trying o be nice & people pay to go to his retreat. But a lot of us are here to listen learn from him. Again I'm not trying to be rude but it seems like a lot of people with a tons of head problems are going here & are just crying out for attention. An easy answer to solve all of these problems are to simply tape the guided meditation alone. I know it would take some more of his time. Believe me it's better to put out a quality video that could help countless people. And people all over the world could watch it over & over. Instead of us saying here we go again, someone lossing it or another unstable person in the crowd ruining it for ever one. And I don't mean to put down anyone cause every person alive has been unstable at one or more times in there life. Life is full of heart break & tragedies.

People have EMOTIONS as long as they are living in their HUMAN VESSELS and there should be no condemnation because you "Feel" the need to actually feel the natural emotions of our human body. I do a lot of guided meditations... but unfortunately.. in this beautiful Mojie meditation ... there is always soooo much coughing.. and trs it is beyond annoying for me... I am still asleep... so I I have the right to be annoyed 😂

I know it sounding like everyone was infected with COVID. If you can't control you cough step outside. Don't ruin it for everyone. What got me was the woman sobbing & crying in the middle of a meditation. She was so loud you could hear her over Mooji's mic. And while all this is happening Mooji saying focus on being aware & think about nothing. (But while your focusing on being aware don't be aware of the person next to you coughing on you) My god I could meditate in the Emergency room & it would be quiet & peaceful then this.

After listening to a beautiful Mooji meditation Without Coughing, I just can't bare to listen to anything else, the second I started listening to this there's Coughing. No common sense or consideration for others. I'm actually not a fan of this Scamdemic & Masks, but some people really need to be muzzled from spreading their germs everywhere. Sad, especially at a Satsang where Consciousness is the main focus.

I am posting this to hopefully raise awareness, if a person is sick Stay Home. It's common sense but some people don't have any. Just a reminder to not be selfish & spread illness to others. Namaste

@@monalisakiti I actually didnt hear the coughing. It all depends on where you put the attention. People dont need to be sick just because they cough..I cough because i am a smoker and it gets worse when i am in a closed room..People have different respitory issues..Its not all germs..

@@Jole30 It's not just this video, its 99% of his talks & meditations , I just had to delete another one last night because it's riddled with coughing, it's just rude to have a persistent cough around others, especially during satsang where we should be "mindful " & "conscious " That is all, very simple message 👌

Even distraction is observed. You are actually aware that the mental attention is distracted and disturbed. Awareness itself is undisturbable and uninterruptable
