Yet another in my series of random and poorly executed tutorials on basic car work. This shows the removal of the bumper and then the headlights from a 2007 G35 sedan, but the process will be the same for 2007 - 2013 coupes and sedans.
If you have a 10mm socket and a wrench, you can make this happen in your driveway. No special tools or skills required. Just use common sense and it should be a cakewalk.
A couple notes: if you need to completely remove the bumper, you'll need to remove the bolts for the splash shield along the bottom lip of the bumper. If you just need to pull headlights, those can stay in place. Also, take it slow and make sure you get everything done in the right order. These lights are expensive, and you don't want to break something because you got careless. That said, you should easily be able to pull and replace the bumper and headlights inside half an hour.
