I drive a G37 IPL, and am very pleased. Performance: my best 1/4 time is 14.4 seconds. The G has plenty of torque, but the final drive ratio is less than perfect for 1/4 mile times. The G shifts from 4th to 5th gear just before the finish line. So I am crossing the finish line at the bottom of the torque curve not the top. Automatic transmission: with 6 forward gears, the transmission is always “hunting” for the proper gear. The slightest change in road elevation, and the G will either up or down shift. Reliability is excellent. Other than routine maintenance such as tires and oil changes, I haven’t put a dime into the car. Summary: if you can find a used G37 IPL with less than 50,000 miles, get it. You will be pleased with the bang for your bucks.

When I get my g37 ipl I’m gonna make sure to tune it all the way to what’s it’s rated at, and that’s 350hp won’t take any less than that hell nah. I always hate the power loss In every car..

i have a 2012 ipl bro in gray and i just followed you on instagram. your car is dope your set up is similar to what i want when mine is finished. how hard was swapping out the radio knobs and gear shift boot?

Knobs are easy but the boot took an hour. Get shop staples though with the q boot

What did they charge for the galley gasket? It's like a ticking time bomb on anything 2010-2013 If it's not done before 100k but some people seem to have zero issues with them. So strange but i know it can be pretty costly and sometime isn't covered under warranty on some of the vehicles esp once you tune or mod yours. Love the IPL tho 👌👌

Because all stillen has is hydroshield and z1 better Because it's not metal so the air doesn't heat up .z1 you don't need a tune with them but it would be better to tune it plus since it's silicon it won't rip your condenser line.

I just got a 2012 g37 sport coupe but put the 08 g37 sport coupe rims on it. Did you put mcgard wheel locks ? Because the low lives would steal nice rims and your rims are nice lol

Nelson Ortiz I never use aftermarket lugs on oem wheels. Oem to oem only. Almost found out the hard way with my wheel almost falling off on the highway

I got my gallery gasket done at hills garage in MD for $1,100 on special. Normally it’s a $2-3k job

Torvarris Evans not really. Just a body kit, red interior, different tune and a true dual h pipe catback from factory is why it makes 348hp to compared to regular G37s 332hp

Torvarris Evans quality exhaust, longtube intakes, and resonated test pipes and a uprev/ecutek (if you’re an 09+ G) tune and you’re set 👍🏻. These cars don’t like cheap crappy mods. Gotta pay to play with these cars

TLE0622 IPL hey you don’t need radio upgrade just tap in factory radio I have a small woofer and rear speakers upgrade and tweeters in front running aftermarket amp I also build custom boxes for the g 37 dual 10 or single 12 or dual 12 I also make portable Bluetooth boombox

The bose is actually not that bad as far as oem upgrade stereos go. It's certainly better than the standard g37 stereo. And light years better than the one in my friends old 360 - lol.
