Today we're playing a faction I think I may never have actually played in Infinity - certainly never in N4. Coming back to Ramah and looking at them with fresh eyes was a fascinating experience, and a lot of my old assessments about them no longer hold up. They were very fun - I think I'll potentially be adding them to the roster of factions I routinely play.

I love that in the last round you called your Zhayedan any troop name except "Zhayedan"

I was chatting with Zeph the other day. And was struck by a thought that allowing RTF to have 2 Cores could actually be interesting as a unique feature.

This may be self-evident, but man I love Zhayedans. Your recent videos make me really want to come back to Haqq once I've finished my Varuna tour.

Ramah was my first faction when i started 2 years ago. Now playing other factions i think that RTF is really fun sectorial to play, especially because of well constructed ghulam link choices. The fact that you can support all those cool models with cheap and usesefull specialists is fantastic. I loved palyjng second group Yara haddad + Ghulam doctor + ghulam NCO. Cheap Independent second group smoke shooting and Yara with 4 shots (contrary to vanilla) is very solid. And even when you've got fantastic models, i dont think enything here can be called overpowered. Everything has clear weaknes. I kinda feel like ramah is the faction that found space for medium infantry nicelly.

4:40 "Models that yes, I accept might die but which can be either recovered or repaired or which I'm comfortable losing" I'm glad to see an "acceptable losses and redundancy" gameplan for defense. The 3x Fanous wall combined with the WIP14 ghulam hacker is such a cheap way to get occasional spotlights and +3BS on enemy models that really helps Haqq's shooting, and it can sometimes get lucky and just shut down an HI/TAG aggressive push. I like the Sunduqbut choice in Rama. Dalaymis are so good when you have access to them that a neurocinetics sunduqbut seems overpriced in vanialla haqq, but it fits well into Rama. Zhayedan in fireteams are always fun. The look on my regular opponents' faces when you are hitting on 15's with an HMG, followed by the "Haqq has shooting now?" exclamation, combined with the ability to actually deal with long range threats without a lucky missile or Knauf is so great. The regeneration is also an exciting coin flip that keeps the game on edge until they finally put the Zhayedan down all the way. Another good battle report showing off the under appreciated Haqqislam sectorials.

as a JSA player and bike affictionado, I feel the need to defend my boy Yojimbo as "second best biker", because of the koalas. But then again, Carmen is REALLY good. But then again again, Zamira is ALSO really good! So in conclusion, I think the second place of the podium is a split amongst "all the other named bikers", and third place is just the regular Kum.
