INFJ MORNING ROUTINE | 6 Steps to a Productive Morning Routine | THE RAREST PERSONALITY TYPE
INFJ Life Coach Lesson: Today, we're talking about the 6 steps to a productive morning routine for INFJs. We all know we, as INFJs, need something different. Most of the things that motivate the majority of the population don't motivate us. And we, as INFJs, are seeking meaning in life. We want to feel fulfilled. We want to feel alive. We want to feel that intense feeling every single day. And that's what the productive morning routine for INFJs is all about; getting into a state of mind, which helps you to create that INFJ Epic life over and over again, so you get to reach new levels of abundance and enjoy life from day one.

I listen to inspiring audios while getting ready and try to do at least one (preferably 2) EFT meditations dealing with what I'll be doing that day.

I mediate for 15 mins in the AM (before anything else for the most part) - I kickbox on YT for 10-12 mins - & I journal for 5 mins - maybe in other worlds this would be seen as weak or not enough- however for me as an INFJ - it Kickstart my day in ways nothing else does - I feel more clear - less stressed - and more positive about the outcome of my day

So funny about the bed thing. This is the FIRST thing that is way wrong for me. I just absolutely loathe making my big bed and husband just destroys it anyway. When I do it I take longer than usual and fuss too much also. Practically speaking the last things I care about on most days is that bed that for sure no one sees. I am very bad that way and even feel better about rebelling with the bed. However this same principle of needing to be tidy, I take over to other things like vacuuming and dishes (clean dishes as I go often and hate dirty dishes laying around) and keeping most rooms neat. I cannot stand most things cluttered and messy. So I just break the INFJ mold with that one main thing being the bed, If I was forced to make it I would get off to a cranky disgusted start for my day ha ha...slap me I know :) ANYTHING but that bed. I also never in my life keep a diary or journal because I am already too limited for time to write my random thoughts down or inspired creative words. Most of my life even in my teens I scribbled out my thoughts and did articles daily and sometimes hourly...so diary is small stuff to me I just could not be bothered with. Nice thought but zero time or energy. I think about if I had kept a diary over the past fifty years, and in my scenario, I never would have had the time to finish my seven hundred page book or even a 300 pager. I always sensed this though...I gotta write continually but I need to write bigger stuff or I am not a content camper. I am also always drafting out things well ahead of when I require them...ready on the spot. I simply could not function properly without my writing....it is the most useful tool I use by far in life....I can do without my car or my dishwasher or even my phone, you name it....but take my ability to write things out and my whole life would come to a halt or come tumbling down on me. The internet I use as a tool continually but I even think that is second...well maybe not as I send much of my writing via email. Okay maybe the writing is a close second to the net or equal because I use the internet for my healthy research and studying many things and knowledge is so vital to life.

Making my bed every morning tells my brain, "I'm an adult. I clean up after myself. I take responsibility for my environment." This is one way I can tell if someone is a mature adult or not: they clean up their own mess, whether it's a room, their car, their desk, or the messes they make of their relationships. They take responsibility, make a course correction, and stop taking the easy way out. A friend of mine who was in business told me that when he was considering working with someone, he would walk them to their car and glance inside. If the car was in bad condition, if it was full of junk, then he saw that as a red flag that this person wasn't responsible and wouldn't make the effort in work either. It was certainly enlightening!

One thing that I have started doing in my mornings that helps me boost my mood is listening to my favorite music for some minutes, much more so if it is a positive song, it connects me with my optimism for life and with good vibes overall.

"Most of the things that motivate the majority of the population don't motivate us" - Could you say that louder please?! Maybe print it on tee shirts, coffee mugs...a sign I can hang on my door right above a "Go Away" mat? Lol jk I don't have ago away mat (yet) 😂 😂

I'm doing a version of this, and I can agree to it's effectiveness. It's a big change from my high school and college days when I used to be in a fog in the morning. I think just the choice to keep your eyes open and be aware makes a big difference.

What morning habits get me ready to take on the day ? Having some things readied up the night before ( pre set the coffee maker, work clothes all ready laid out, lunch already made and ready to put in the lunch box ). I also take my vitamins, one tablespoon of local real honey, and wash it down with a mug o" that hot Maxwell House coffee. I do make my bed. It's the first task I accomplish. That sets me up to feel motivated. I like this video. Some guys I work with could use this info. I'll share it.

I never comment on KZfaq videos but man this one hit me hard. This is my first time watching one of your videos, and I will be watching many more. I like to put on these kinds of videos when I'm trying to get motivated. Between my personality type and my mental health issues I've been struggling to get control of my life in even the most simple ways. The past few months I've been trying all these different ways to approach it, including one of the most well known methods. The only thing that has stayed consistent, even in my lowest lows, was something I didn't even realize had stuck until you said it. Here I was trying to get motivated, stumbled across your video and decided to hit play, and then STARTED MAKING MY BED. And I'm halfway through making my bed and you start talking about it. I was floored. I realized that it's my go to chore when I need motivated to get started. Moreso, it made me realize that even on days I struggle to do the bare minimum I usually still make the bed. Here I am stressing out that I haven't stayed consistent on doing the dishes or the laundry daily and all these other things, and I've been blinded to actual legitimate progress. I developed a whole positive habit and didn't even realize it. Talk about a punch in the face. 😂😂😂 Thank you for that.

Wow, most of these steps I already do on autopilot, I have worked on them over the years way before I knew about archetypes just to improve my life and I guess that is something I can write on my gratitude journal as well. It's nice to have some validation on being on track from someone like you. Thank you.

Coming up from a complete disaster with health issues and homelessness and landing on my feet is a miracle. If I hadn't been positive, taken the right steps, do the work necessary to improve, I wouldn't be sitting in a home of my own, a good car(SUV), and having an awesome credit score. A positive routine is crucial for improvement.

I am older, retired and Diabetic. I also used to have to work in education and so I'm used to dragging myself put of bed early in the morning. As for keeping a sleep routine I am a mess. I can't shut my mind to go to sleep when I want to go to sleep. But as I am exhausted my body wants to sleep when I'd rather be awake! It's maddening.

These are great tips reminding me, I need to sleep earlier and workout more lol. Gratitude journaling has helped me become happier and more present in my interaction with others. I have more contentment and am not as hard on myself as previously. It also helps me to hold space for more opportunities.

Thank you so much for this video. I have been a longtime patron and advocate for your channel. There are multiple videos of yours that really hit the nail on the head for me, and this one specifically was really what I needed to hear this morning. A lot of these principles were already there floating around in my mind and consciousness, but you helped me highlight them and organize them in a different way that I really needed. So thank you! And yes, definitely, if you have insight on productive INFJ evening routines, PLEASE share! 😊

I really like what you say. It is a bit what I do except I pray instead of meditate, but the rest you put it , how to say, in order. It has been a bit chaotic and spread and not really regulary. But they way it is put here gives me inspiration and confirm this is right and meaningful to do and motivates me to structure it more and keep going.
