Can everyone get over the fact that she used her finger to taste the dressing? You use a spoon to taste when cooking for others.. it's cooking 101. I'm sure she knew too, but lets be honest. When you're cooking for yourself you could really care less! I really enjoyed this video. Keep up the good work Ingrid :))

I'm really glad Ingrid is doing this on Pop Sugar. I'm always really happy when I see her recipes on her channel because I love the stuff she makes. And now I have a place where I can see more of her recipes! ^_^ My favorite salad would have to be a certain salad I get at Trader Joe's. I don't remember the name, but it has this really yummy basil dressing that comes with it, and it is sooo good! =)

Mmmmmm looks amazing! Close to my favorite: greens, clementine/tangerine, avocado, strawberries & candied walnuts with grilled chicken & a delish light & healthy dressing. Now, you can't get any more Californian than that!

My favorite salad recently (and is really simple) is iceberg lettuce with carrots and raddichio, and then crumbling corn chips over top, maybe adding some chicken, and then using salsa as the dressing. It's the perfect "taco" salad. I love it!

I love this salad from a local place that has a balsamic glaze, dried apricots, goat cheese, and pecans! It is so good!

Anything with spinach leaves and vinaigrette dressings, those are my favorite. The best salad I've ever had was a baby spinach salad from a restaurant at a Disneyworld resort. Don't remember what all was on it but I remember the delicious, sweet, crisp yet tender baby spinach leaves, yum!

That looks so yummy! For a long time I've loved caesar salads, but I've recently discovered cobb salads. When I'm trying to eat super healthy, I like baby spinach with tuna, pumpkin seeds and a dressing I make using lemon juice.

I experiment with salads. And this is my favourite one: What you need: Sausages Lettuce Onion Salt and pepper Tomatoes Cucumber What to do: Put some water into a pot, and cook the sausages until they rise to the top. While they're cooking, cut your veggies, but don't add them to the bowl yet. Leave them in a separate bowl. When your sausages cool, cut them into small pieces, and add a LITLLE into your salad bowl. Then add a bit of the veggies. Some more sausage, then veggies, and so on. Mix together and season with salt and pepper. It tastes so good. My own recipe.

I love spinach, arugula, kale and romaine salad, with apples, almonds, and cucumber with a thick raspberry dressing. Definitely mine and my boyfriends favorite of all time!

I make this salad i call southwest salad! I use 50/50 greens, corn, black beans, avocado, green onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno, and grilled chicken. it is my all time favorite salad!

My favorite salad dressing is a citrus vinegarette with orange juice lemon juice balsalmic vinegar olive oil salt pepper and garlic i also love to make rasberry vinegarette by pureeing fresh rasberries and adding oil vinegar salt and pepper and some garlic powder!

I really like this roasted brussel sprout salad that I had in the U.P with blue cheese and blueberry vinaigrette. I also love salmon caesar salads and salads with dried fruit in them.

This looks really good! These are just the kinds of salads I like! I love salads with tons of things in them like dried cranberries, candied pecans, strawberries, mandarin oranges, etc. I also love to add a bit of saltiness like bacon or bacon bits and sunflower kernels. Great job! Can't wait for more cooking videos! :-)

My favourite salad is a very French one : raw endives with a bit of mayonnaise, then bits of blue cheese (or Roquefort), chunks of apple, walnuts and a handful of raisins. Yummy !

Greek salad is definitely my favourite. I love to get a huge bowl of greens (spinach is my favourite) and add sundried tomatoes, feta cheese & olives. Balsamic vinegar for dressing! Yum :)

I LOVE salad. CPK is my fave! At home my favorite basic salad is romaine, avocado, feta cheese and croutons with olive and balsamic. When I have some on hand I like to add strawberries. :) My tip for cutting the avocado is cutting it in the skin long ways then across the opposite way then scooping it out with a spoon. Try it ;)

I love a salad that my cousin and I came up with. We add goat cheese, craisins, candied walnuts, and use a creamy balsamic on top. It's delicious!

Cranberries, feta cheese and pecans (or walnuts) on baby spinach and kale with balsamic! Great, healthy salad suitable for all seasons.

i really cant wait to try this salad recipe! my favorite salad is my own weird recipe, i just added what i like and it tastes awesome. i love to use Baby Spinach, i always prefer it to salad, add in some grilled chicken, shredded cheese, olives, carrots, and when i can get away with it, hard boiled eggs and a little bit of bacon bits. and as for dressing ranch, but what i like to do is after i chop up my carrots i mix it in with the ranch then pour it on my salad, cause whats better then carrots and ranch?

My favorite salad is a baby spinach salad with grilled chicken, dried cranberries, roasted almonds, apple slices a little bit of goat cheese and a balsamic/honey dressing! It's amazing :)

I'm really partial to Cesar salads. I don't really like garden salads. But a tip if you are making Cesar salads adding fresh cooked bacon to it gives it a much nicer taste then store bought bacon bits.

That looks yummy Ingrid! I am definitely going to give that one a try. I think my favourite salad is a traditional Greek salad; I just love feta cheese, olives and onions together and with a nice alcoholic beverage, it's the perfect thing to have on a hot summers day :)
