Maine ek dr sahab ka video aur dekha lekin aapne do batein (2-3 baar dawa lena ) aur kulla karne ka bahut accha bataya jo ki ek bhaut acchi baat thhi

1. Kulla karna bilkul mandatory hai. Iska koi alternative nahi hai kyuki davai gale me chipak jaati hai use nikaalna jaruri hai taaki fungal infection na ho. 2. 2-3 baar ek capsule ko khichna ye compulsory nahi hota. Capsule ki davai thik se khichne se aur 10 second saans rokne se sirf ek baar me bhi poori tarah andar chali jaati hai. Hum aisa isliye batate hai taaki davai ke bahane thodi si lungs ki exercise start ho jaye.

Capsule ko ek baar khichne se bhi davai chali jati hai sir. Lekin sirf precaution ke taur pe hum 2-3 baar hum kahte hai taaki davai poori chali jaaye. Aur iske saath hi 2-3 baar khichne se lungs ki thodi exercise bhi ho jati hai

Sir mai mumbai me rehati hu. Abhi mai copd se bimar thi. 8 din hospital me thi. Ab thik hu. Par thodi khasi ati hai. Mujhe vilor F aur Airz 2 type k powder inhale karane ko kaha hai. 5 min me ek powder inhale karani hai aur 5 min another. Uske baad gargle to wo dono lene k baad turant gargle karani chahiya kya? In most cases this doesn't cause any harm apart from gastritis ..... But the drawback is that the medication is intended to help a patient get relief from breathing issues, which won't happen on consuming them rather than inhaling.

Sir, I am taking this capsule but the problem didn't got relief and I have a gastric problem. And I have been adviced by one of the Pulmonologist to take tablet Shelcal 500 for 1month and Montek LC for 15 days but still I have a problem of Breathlesness. I am a x- smoker and I used to intake alchohal and now I can't do any physical exercise if I do I used to be attack by breathing problems..Sir please suggest me

Depends on the case severity and other followup parameters. Depends upon lots of factors 1. Symptoms 2. Pft report 3. Spo2 levels at rest and after exercise 4. 6minute walk test 5. No. Of exacerbations 6. COPD class and phenotype Etc. Then only case to case the decision is taken to step down the therapy
