Hii. I tried this. I faced some problem. 1.i did exactly lyked u bt my vessel started burning n puffs were still d same. Den I fried d puffs. 2.i made wheat pastry sheet at home bt der wer no layers. I applied intermediate oil n some flour.What must have gone wrong? Pls rply

Usually bakers use margirin as fat which is not healthy but may use vanaspati instead of oil. After applying fat sprinkle some flour also and keep in fridge for 15 mins before repeating envelope folding.
