മുട്ട പഫ്‌സ് വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കാം ഗ്യാസ് അടുപ്പിൽ
Maida/ all-purpose flour - 2 cups
Water - 150ml minus 2 tbsp
Oil - 6 tbsp
Salt - ¼ tsp for dough
Coconut oil
Onion- 1 big
Ginger - 1 small piece
Green chilly - to taste
Tomato - 1 small piece
Turmeric powder - ¼ tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 ½ tbsp
Chilly powder - ¼ tbsp or as per taste
Garam masala - ¾ tbsp or as per taste
Salt - for the masala, as per taste
Oil - to fry

ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് മിയ ചേച്ചി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ബിരിയാണി പോലെയാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതേ എല്ലാവർക്കും ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ട്ടായി അവർ അതു കഴിച്ച ശേഷം സൂപ്പർ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ എന്റെ മനസ്സും ഒരുപാടു സന്തോഷിച്ചു thanks

ആദ്യായിട്ടാണ് വ്യക്തമായി margrine നെ കുറിച് puffs വീഡിയോയിൽ പറയുന്നത് കേൾക്കുന്നത്. അതില്ലാതെ puffs നു ഒരിക്കലും correct ടേസ്റ്റ് കിട്ടില്ല. Thankyou മിയ ചേച്ചി 🙏
