200 grams of sugar is it 3/4 cup ( 250ml cup) similarly 500 gms sugar is how manu cups ,pl specify

200 grams means more than 3/4 cup but less than 1 Cup. It may depend upon the size of sugar crystals. So it is better to measure using a weighing machine
