4 ай бұрынIn this video I am going over my initial impressions of my brand new 2024 Harley Davidson Road Glide that I purchased at Raging Bull Harley Davidson from the son of the man that sold me Darla. I discuss the major changes and things that are new about this Harley Davidson. I will cover the things that are really great as well as the things that bug me, and I am pretty sure they will bug you too. This is VLOG #48 and starts with the dealership I purchased the bike from all the way through me doing a review and initial thoughts about this updated platform from Harley Davidson. This bike is going to be the foundation for a lot of content in the coming months.

Regarding Car Play, the new Goldwing is the same way. My Sena takes an average of three tries to pair.

What is the deal with everyone wanting a Black Harley? I found and took delivery of a Great Looking Fast Johnnie Road Glide in October 2023, the Color on the bike and the Pig Logo is what did it for me… the performance wasn’t too bad either. Now have a 23 Challenger Darkhorse and 23 Road Glide… best of both.

Good choice, just got the same one a few days ago. Love everything about this generation of RG. Got some Thrashing bars and a Sawiki exhaust coming for my lady. Congrats on the bike buddy.

I got the new Road Glide in the whiskey fire on black. I love the bike but the stereo is very weak. There's another KZfaq channel called volunteer audio there are out of Tennessee and they do an aftermarket speaker and amp setup from Kenwood that is amazing.

that kenwood system is only a temporary solution until his amp comes out.. if your gonna buy a system buy his speakers and use the kenwood amp in the mean time so all you will have to do is switch out the amp

Great video! Scott is a GREAT guy, cant wait to ride with him this year. Congrats on the new bike. As far as the Carplay issue, that is not Harleys fault, that is APPLE. Apple requires that you be able to operate hands free in order to enable carplay, so Harley had to agree to force a headset connection in order to be hands free...its Apple being worried about liability. On my 21 I actually use the dongle to allow carplay and also a Air2play in order to do bluetooth carplay vice connecting it to the bike. (i dont like wired connections to my handlebars). Anyhow, congrats on the new bike and thanks for taking the time to create the video....I know a ton of work goes into this. (I have made quite a few myself..LOL)

@@jst_moto Priorities!! 😛 I am sure we will catch up at some point...I am the only RG with gold PM wheels or Radiation green SG with an S&S motor in it in the area, so if you see the bikes you know I am around

Very nice and congratulations! Did you have to ask for the “heel to toe “ shifter? This bike has definitely got me thinking impulsive!
