I'm not saying that zoning as a whole is cheap, it's a strategy, but when you use heavy zoning as a "backup plan" when you start losing to someone clearly more skilled than you, you're basically saying that you think you can perform better while putting in less effort. Clearly the reason he went for star fire was purely for her zoning potential, and not as some secondary he had been practicing, or some long lost main of his. If he had picked her for either of those reasons instead, I wouldn't have a problem with it.

red hood isn't OP either sonicfox doesn''t play black adam nearly as much as the other players. Red hood is pretty challenging to play as. May not be as fun to watch. In MKX he still plays erron black at times even tho he is pretty bad in competitive scene, although fox did play EB at release of MKX which was pretty OP. And joker is pretty shit tier and he plays him as well
