What's the best distance from the blades to the plating ? Can you do a video of a what point the turbo blades need to be changed? I'm from the UK and just wanted to say great channel and always an interesting watch 🙂

Hi, I have seen your projects and they really are amazing. I have several doubts about how the whole system works. But if it is not annoying could you tell me the characteristics of the table of the copper and plastics separator. The right material they use and its dimensions. It will help me finish my research. this is an interesting working principle- how finely does the wire need to be pre-shred beforehand?

Allows you to use a larger screen in the pre-shredder and granulator, which reduces the load on those components and increases throughput. The densifying of the material into small balls or smaller curled material saves your screen on your shaker tables and air tables as they usually become like a brillow pad with strands getting stuck in the mesh. The TurboMill has the least amount of maintenance and adds the most value to the end product.

The material should be under 3/4". The smaller it is before, the faster it will get processed.

Is a Turbo Mill the same or similar to an Attrition Mill? I need to see how one works.

It's very similar in how it works by principal. However an attrition Mill will not hold up to scrap recycling in the same way that a turbo Mill will.

@@cablemanagementusa , thanks. I'm looking for a video showing inside an attrition mill. I'm evaluating Attrition vs Hammill for my application and getting a lot of claims without backup data.
