I really like their standard IPA. It's in the blue can. Very tasty.

Great beer on a hot day. Find it difficult to drink after 3 or so because of the sweetness.

I love this beer. The red can is what very good. Aged in whiskey barrels. You can really taste the whiskey

This lager caught my eye as it's "Brewed with naked, golden oats", but is this just a gimmick or a stealer of a beer? I only see these as a 4-pack in Tesco, but i prefer to just buy a single bottle just in case i don't like it.

Its a better choice than macro lagers like carling but only slightly better

Heinecken! Thanks! That was the beer I was trying to think of while drinking this! You're right... definitely reminds one of Heinecken. Unfortunately, Heinecken is not my first beer of choice. But if Innis & Gunn compares well with a standard big brand, then they are doing something right.

It’s gassy because you didn’t pour it right … your supposed to pour beer / lager straight down into glass full height and full flow .. To release the full carbonation so it doesn’t gas up in your stomach ! .. 🤦‍♂️

You do that and you’ll end up with a glass of foam. I’ve literally never seen a lager poured like that in my life let alone had someone claim it to be the correct way to pour lager.

As craft lagers goes it's ok bog standard better than your macro lagers out there but there's better craft lagers out there Paul. Lookout for Bearface Lager from Drygate Brewery I think it's a better offering..

Yes go to Ashton Lane in the west end if you like there beers they have a pub there were you can make your own beer to

That’s what it’s to be. Their lager is meant to compete with the likes of Tennents, Carling, Heineken ect to grow the business.
