I see at least three ads per day on my social media feeds for Inno Supps' products, all of which promise pretty spectacular results. Digging into the comments, though, you see a clear divide between the people saying the products live up to the claims and those stating that they are a waste of money.
For quite a while, my weight has been hovering in a 2-3 pound range at a point about 10-15 pounds more than what I would consider my best weight. So, I decided to try Inno Cleanse to see if I could effortlessly poop out 3-10 pounds.

What a trooper to have gone through that for 30 days! I don't think I could have done it unless I intended to not leave the house at all during that 30 days! Especially since you said it was rather 'urgent' when your body said it was time to GO. You definitely took one for the team on this one!

This is a good review…I trust your feedback because in all your past recipe and food reviews I find that you and I have a very similar sensibility. This product review was so helpful because you have bit of a “scientific method” in that you include your personal metrics before, during and at the conclusion too. I really appreciate your saving me money. And my needing to stay near the bathroom for a month! I just ordered a metabolic (breath) analyzer that DeLauer has been happy with. Hope I didn’t get taken to the cleaners with that one😕. Some things are going to be good. Other stuff not so much. Thanks for being a good partner in my journey Steve!

I think these types of products work for folks who are irregular and backed up. And even when it works, the loss in weight is simply clearing the back-up, not actual fat loss. Flushes are great to clean you out if you need it, which you probably didn't. But you can do the same with appropriately dosed Miralax. Much cheaper

Thanks for the heads-up Steve! (And for doing the work to gather real-time data points!) You are a real trooper for going 30 days. Sorry the claims didn’t pan out (sorry you went through the trouble, but thank you for what it’s worth. It seems like chugging a bottle of Miralax chased by a few Colace (standard prep for a colonoscopy) would do a better job and in less than 24 hrs! A real quickie cleanse, gut de-gunking, and water weight evaporator, -all doctor approved! (But I wouldn’t go that extreme unless required!) I love the fact that plain old Keto lifestyle helps me be very “regular” and if I feel a little gastro-out-of-sorts, I remember to drink my ACV tonic! (I love your videos on ACV and how the comment section is full of positive result stories)!)

Mixalax is closely chemically related to anti freeze: MiraLax Contains Antifreeze Ingredients In 2008, FDA tested 8 batches of Miralax and found small amounts of the car antifreeze ingredients ethylene glycol (EG) and diethylene glycol (DEG) in all batches. These were impurities from the manufacturing process, according to the agency.

Multiply all those urgent trips to the toilet by 2 or 3 per day, and it'd be a typical day for me with Crohn's disease. 😕 Nobody wants to experience that! If you're looking to cleanse your colon, you can do it a lot cheaper with some epsom salts dissolved in warm water.

Thanks Steve for your endurance, little pills can have big side effects unfortunately. I learned from my Doctor some meds prescribed or over the counter can cause you to gain weight or stay stuck. Some of the culprits are: allergy medicine especially the nose sprays, sleep aids like unisom. So buyer beware!

You can accomplish the same thing for a fraction of the cost mixing a tablespoon of food grade Epsom salts in a glass of warm water. Just stay near the bathroom. 😉

Thanks for the sacrifice Steve. I think that eating well and a healthy lifestyle is what your GI system needs. I believe keto... and the other things that you do, take care of that already. For me, very little gas, no bloating and a clearer face tell me keto is good for my body. Probably those on the standard American diet would see some change temporarily. Share with us your ability to get a 'free' product with your review. As you say, 'keto on'.

I started keto and IF in Aug 2017. Over the course of about 4 months, I lost 70 pounds. Felt great and loved the feeling. 2020 found me gaining 30+ pounds back. I've been back on keto and IF solid for a month and I'm holding my weight. Not losing but not gaining either. It's frustrating since it melted off not that long ago. Was hoping this video would offer, well, hope. I'll keep staying on track and see what happens.

I’m right there with you. Lost 30 lbs almost effortlessly at the start of keto. Kept it off for a long time but needed to lose more. COVID helped me lose another 10, but now I’m eating like there’s a famine coming.

This happened to me too. Tip: Every three months, I set aside one week where I stop keto. That week, I just eat normal (note: I don't splurge and go nuts eating sweets and breads. I just eat balanced meals with carbs). I then go back on keto and the weight loss takes off again.
