Not only is his spirit and aura stunning, his voice is powerful and otherworldly. Watching him in the zone, with such a secure and stable presentation, that is contained and really masculine is beautiful to see.

Barely any are British and barely any are original amateurs looking for a first break - just established professionals often recycled from one “Got Talent” in one country to another.

@@user-kt8sr7cq1s , I can promise you my sir, as much as he is not British, granted, but he has never been to any talent show in South Africa. South Africa might be a cultural country and all, he, as a classical singer, he would not have won any talent show here. Target audiences for these kinda shows in South Africa are young and POP oriented. So no, he is not recycled from here my friend. Britain found this talent on its own.

Italian here: he's actually got a good Italian pronounciation, which is not so common in native English speaking opera singers. Bears mentioning this isn't originally a Opera song, but he turned it to that so naturally that for a second I was thinking about it as if it was!!! While this is our Lucio Dalla's "Caruso"!!!

I watch and listen to this video several times a day as I am mesmerized by this fabulous opera singer that I have ever heard. His personality is fab and his singing beyond any other opera singer. I hope he rises to become world known. God bless him and his beautiful fiancé. He’s a huge WOW.

He already has a professional career, singing with The Royal Opera. I’m not taking anything away from his talent, but there’s definitely a lot put into his training by other professionals.

What is your true point? "other professionals" Astonishing statement there. What if he had teachers? Professional? Others? Why does that even enter into your thoughts? You think it is important? Too much for him to shine for you? Spreading joy is a gift. No professional is needed for that talent. The voice is something you are born with. I am a music professional. Music teacher. Why not let him have his shining moment and not take anything away with prefacing your comments with "I'm not taking anything away but" because your thinly veiled real thought is showing you out here. Let your light shine.

Because BGT is for people who need a break into the industry. Amateurs. He has already been hired by quite a phenomenally prestigious organisation and is already being paid for that work. I too am a music teacher. And a vocal coach. And I know that this young man has already been given training opportunities beyond the wildest dreams of the majority of applicants for this show. I said “I’m not taking anything away from his incredible talent” - there’s no disputing his talent, what I am disputing is if this is the correct showcase for his talent. He’s already had his break into the professional world. He’s already living it.
