The Christian preacher is disingenuous, note he lied that he read the Quran and then when he was questioned about the story of Adam according to the Quran he instantly avoided it.

"Out of context," mbayuindraputra? Such a tired old Muslim refrain! If I had taken verses out of a context that would change their meaning and you truly wanted readers to believe it, you would have detailed my subterfuge for everyone here to see. But you didn't because you can't do so in a way that would encourage anyone, Muslim or non-Muslim, to increase his/her faith in Islam. Islam is a fraud, and everyone who's all of sane, bright, decent, and free knows it.
@wurds509
@wurds509 Жыл бұрын
And what's this about Googling something/anything, mbayuindraputra? How would how I find what I post influence its legitimacy? Have I been accurate here or haven't I? But that's surely an issue you want to avoid, isn't it? In fact, I HAVE been accurate but my accuracy embarrasses Muslims. That is to say that ISLAM embarrasses Muslims. Endlessly, they want non-Muslims to believe that Islam is something different from what they see. Years ago, a Muslim going by the screen name Fahad Almalki actually wrote "Do not judge us from what u see." I understand the request. Muslims want to sell the world something they themselves cannot stomach. Has it occurred to Muslims that they're actually revolted by the Islam they demand that others respect? Muslims do not allow Islam to speak for itself. I'm confident that no other way of life in human history has ever received so much explanation, denial, rationalization, and outright mendacity from its adherents. Everything about Islam must be explained away because nothing about Islam recommends it to thoughtful, decent people. Although Islam is what they build their lives on and give their lives to, Muslims evidently cannot stand its sight. For compensation, they need infidels to ratify what Muslims themselves loathe. They want infidels, however recruited, to join Islam, thus relieving themselves of the need to have and present a rational Islam.

You're not intended to have an intellect. Don't you know how to be a proper Muslim, BlosHaterz? At 2:2 the Qur'ān begins by saying "This is the Book about which there is no doubt." At 2:285, it says "We hear and we obey." And Qur'ān 5:101-02 says "Do not put questions about things which if declared to you may trouble you....A people before you...became disbelievers on account of them." That is to say that Islam fosters and celebrates mindlessness. Does it not? In 1982's The Muslim Discovery of Europe, Bernard Lewis wrote of the Qur'ān that "all the answers were already there, and all that was needed was to follow and obey." And in 1995’s Why I Am Not a Muslim, Ibn Warraq wrote "There are no ethics in Islam. The Muslim is simply commanded to obey the inscrutable will of Allah." Why would you want to think, anyway? Muhammad told his followers to "avoid novelties, for every novelty is an innovation, and every innovation is an error” (Abu Dawud 3:4590).

If Muslims "are asked about proof for the soundness of their religion, they flare up, get angry, and spill the blood of whoever confronts them with this question. They forbid rational speculation, and strive to kill their adversaries." -Abū Bakr al-Rāzī (854-925) "Holy war is a duty because of the universalism of the (Muslim) mission and (the obligation to) convert everyone to Islam either by persuasion or by force....(To) discuss or argue those things with them is not up to us. "Kept asking questions"? Well, Islam shouldn't be questioned, should it, nashhusein7440? After all, at 2:2 the Qur'ān begins by saying "This is the Book about which there is no doubt." At 2:285, it says "We hear and we obey." And Qur'ān 5:101-02 says "Do not put questions about things which if declared to you may trouble you....A people before you...became disbelievers on account of them." Ah, asking questions puts disbelief on the table, doesn't it? A man told a co-worker in Oklahoma City in 2014 that he “represented ISIS.” When asked what that means, an affidavit swears he said “They kill Christians by cutting off their heads.” When asked why, the affidavit says he said “That is just what we do.” “Yeh I do blindly follow Muhammed and...if you were caught by my hand there is only 2 option for you accept Islam or war with me.” -KZfaq’s Muhammed Nader “[Muslims] can't help it if the Qur'an tells them to terrorize and kill the nonbelievers.” -KZfaq’s Luigi Valentino (a Muslim) “All the answers were already there [in the Qur'ān], and all that was needed was to follow and obey.” -Bernard Lewis, The Muslim Discovery of Europe (1982) “There are no ethics in Islam. The Muslim is simply commanded to obey the inscrutable will of Allah.” -Ibn Warraq, Why I Am Not a Muslim (1995) THAT is Islam, isn't it?

How about if I quote Qur'ān 2:216 quoting Muhammad to have said “Fighting is enjoined on you”? How about Qur'ān 9:5's prescription for premeditated murder: "When the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush"? Maybe Qur'ān 47:4's “O True believers, when you encounter the unbelievers, strike off their heads,” which al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf cited in 712 to justify a slaughter of thousands in the Indus River valley's Brahmanabad? Actually, the general truth seems to be that it's Muslims who know the least about Islam.

@wurds509
@wurds509 8 ай бұрын
“The time of war," majedalrasheed3314? Well, that’s pretty knowledgeable, huh? No war is specified in that or the four earlier verses of that chapter. The third, however, says that "Allah and His Apostle are free from liabilities to the idolaters" (Shakir translation). Do you wish to say that that, too, is limited to a certain time, place, or group of idolaters? (In the Qur'ān, “idolaters,” is sometimes rendered “pagans,” “unbelievers,” “polytheists,” or “Al-Mushrikat.”) “When the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them” in verse five is obviously about the future and specifies no enemy; it is as open ended as the third verse. And it recommends premeditated murder. But you want to say that the command to “slay the idolaters wherever” after the sacred months actually means “when in war we can’t kill during al ash-hur al muharamma [the first month on the Islamic calendar].” I understand, since no truth about Islam RECOMMENDS Islam.

But it seems that YOU can't say a thing on the subject, doesn't it rizall3061? What more must a person know about the Qur'ān than 47:4’s “O True believers, when you encounter the unbelievers, strike off their heads,” which al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf cited in 712 to justify a Muslim slaughter of thousands in Brahmanabad. Did he misunderstand that instruction? Did HE take it out of context? Was HE cherry picking? And at 9:5, the Qur'ān also says "When the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush," a clear exhortation to PREMEDITATED MURDER. How would other parts of the Qur'ān make those verses okay?

47:4. Why dont you read the whole verse, it says “until the war lays down its burden”… clearly the instructions are for wartime. As for 9:5 why dont you read the verse before and after it ? 9:6 “if any one of them seeks your protection then grant him your protection… then deliver him to a place of safety”. Everytime someone brings up verses like this it just shows an inability to read. It’s literally right there. @wurds509

"An inability to read," Pharoah2? What the Sahih International and other translations translate as "until the war lays down its burdens," the Shakir translation translates as "until the war terminates," which is far easier to understand and has NO BEARING WHATSOEVER ON WHETHER THE BEHEADINGS SHOULD OCCUR. "Clearly the instructions are for wartime" doesn't need to be pointed out by or to anyone. Clearly they're not for a garden party; they're for the war that Islam was meant to be and has always been. They're not open ended? Tell it to Al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf, who cited the verse to justify a slaughter in 712. It's literally right there, but Muslims have had to make excuses for Islam's belligerence throughout its history. And Sahih International says 9:5 says "And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush." Then it says "But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go]...." That means if they should announce that Islam has become their religion, which is what Muslims' fighting is always about.
@Pharoah2
@Pharoah2 5 ай бұрын
@@wurds509 so let me get this straight. A verse says “terminate your enemies during war time” and your takeaway is “oh my god this is crazy! Have you seen what some guy’s interpretation of this verse?”. You have acknowledged yourself that this applies to war time. You can look back at the prophet’s time as well. Why were christians left alive in egypt? And hebrews left alive in Medina? How could that be possible based on your interpretation? You can admit you’re wrong and call it a day. As for 9:5, again read 9:6. This is not controversial. You managed to finish reading 9:5, that’s great news. Give 9:6 a try! You are right about the end of 9:5, but 9:6 clearly says if a POLYTHEIST seeks your protection etc etc. So where 9:5 says spare people who convert, 9:6 says spare those who don’t but who surrender. So again, these verses are saying fight the people who fight you, if they surrender then you better ensure they are protected. In fact, if you’re up for a little reading I’d suggest you read 9:1-9:13 for the full context, which clearly states this command is due to a group of people who broke a treaty with the early muslims and Allah is then commanding the muslims to stop turning the other cheek. All of this is an interesting juxtaposition with the bible’s instructions in 1 Samuel 15:3

“War is deceit” said Muhammad at Bukhari 4:52:269. “[Allah is] the best of deceivers” says Qur'ān 3:54, whose root word for “deceivers” is makr, meaning deception. When, according to Ishaq 365, Muhammad asked “Who will rid me of Ibnu’l-Ashraf?” Muhammad bin Maslama replied that he would, but added "O apostle of God, we shall have to tell lies." Said Muhammad, "Say what you like, for you are free in this matter." And "this matter" is the war that Islam has always been and must always be to be true to the ways and means attributed to Muhammad. (The murder was accomplished that night.) In July 1683, Ottoman troops advancing on Vienna massacred the people of neighboring Perchtoldsdorf when the Turks reneged on their surrender terms after residents handed over their weapons. News of that treachery having quickly reached Vienna, its defenders knew they must fight, not negotiate. In January 1842, some 4,500 British troops and about 12,000 civilians, having secured a promise of safe passage from Wazir Akbar Khan, were cut down as they trekked from Kabul toward Jalalabad. Days earlier, a representative of the Crown, after being invited to discuss matters, had been killed as he dismounted his horse for the meeting. In May 1876, a mere two average lifetimes ago, residents of Batak, Bulgaria, surrendered to Ottoman irregulars under a promise from Ahmet Aga, a Slavic Muslim, that they'd be spared. So when the Aga asked the men to lay down all the villagers' arms, they complied, then were beheaded, burned alive, or impaled. Terry Waite represented the Archbishop of Canterbury when he went to Lebanon in January 1987 to secure the release of four hostages. While under a promise of safe passage, he too was taken hostage, then held for nearly five years. In May 1994, after signing the Oslo Accords the September before, Yasir Arafat, addressing Muslims in Johannesburg, said "This agreement-I am not considering it more than the agreement which had been signed between our prophet Muhammad and Quraysh." Muhammad had signed that truce with the Quraysh in Mecca, 628's Treaty of Hudaybiyah. But after little more than a year, he found a pretext for attacking the Quraysh, who because of the treaty were unprepared for hostilities. That agreement has ever after been a prototype for Muslim subterfuge vis-à-vis an enemy, which everyone outside Islam is. In 2004's At-Taqiyya fi'l-Islam (Dissimulation in Islam), Sami Mukaram, an Islamic Studies professor at the American University of Beirut, wrote "Taqiyya is of fundamental importance in Islam....We can go so far as to say that the practice of taqiyya is mainstream in Islam....Taqiyya is very prevalent in Islamic politics, especially in the modern era."

Muhhamad is a a true alpha Muslim male inshallah I can tell by his mannerisms. He doesn’t have to say he’s an alpha or etc. The way he speaks with conviction. He is sooooo patient. So kind and respectful regardless of dealing with non Muslims sharing their thoughts. He shares Dawah in the best way. He doesn’t belittle or brag about himself or make fun of the non Muslims. This is what Islam teaches us to be. MashAllah 😍 I ask Allah to make us better men and women for the sake of Allah. I think about prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the beautiful perfect leader he was. Nobody will ever reach that but to follow the sunnah and be sincere this will only lead you to be a better woman and man for the sake of Allah. Jazak Allahu Khairan

The way the gentlemen formulated the question to the respondent he uses a ‘christian contstruct’ already having a presumption that we are out of the kingdom of God commited by Adam peace and blessings be upon him so the question itself is incorrect if trying to understand Islam most Christians have this inner blueprint that needs to be removed and understand that many basic tenants of faith are different within the Abrahamic faith (altered by men) until the advent of Islam rectifying the message

He said Christian's version of Jesus has an "unblemished sacrifice", which isn't according to Christians, Jesus said "Do not abandon me nor forsake me" when "Jesus" was about to be killed, which shows that he does not want to be killed, so that sacrifice goes against his willing. It was not a sacrifice. It was a murder.

THE PURPOSE OF ISLAM? A Japanese friend once volunteered to me the deep embarrassment that Japanese feel over their role in WWII. Germans' embarrassment over their role in that war is well known. In 1997 Queen Elizabeth II laid a wreath at the site of 1919's Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Americans now generally recognize their country's error in prosecuting its war in Viet-Nam, about which Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara once wrote "We were wrong, terribly wrong." They know, too, how wrong slavery was. The road civilization ascended on is strewn with error. But that road would not ascend at all were it not also strewn with contrition. Civilized people learn from their mistakes. But human history displays one dramatic exception to such learning. Muslims punish Muslims for acting on learning that's contrary to the Islamic edifice. Within Islam, contradicting lessons from the post-Hegira life of Muhammad, Islamic texts (principally the Qur'ān), and the precedents of Muslim history (which follow Muhammad and those texts) is treasonous and treated accordingly. Change is a virtue where civilization advances; advancement is change. But where certitudes overpower contemplation and the change that contemplation can generate, change is a vice. Change? Eleven hundred years ago, Muhammad ibn Zakariyā Rāzī wrote "[If Muslims] are asked about proof for the soundness of their religion, they flare up, get angry, and spill the blood of whoever confronts them with this question. They forbid rational speculation, and strive to kill their adversaries." And in 2013, the hugely popular Yusuf al-Qaradawi preached "Kill whoever changes his faith [from Islam]....If they [any Muslims since Muhammad] had gotten rid of the apostasy punishment Islam wouldn't exist today." The apostasy punishment? Abul A'lā Maududi (1903-1979), one of the leading Muslim thinkers of the 20th century, once wrote "The whole of our religious literature clearly testifies that ambiguity about the matter of the apostate's execution never existed among Muslims....All [authorities] collectively will assure you that from the time of the Prophet one injunction only has been continuously...and uninterruptedly operative and that no room whatsoever remains to suggest that perhaps the punishment of the apostate is not execution." Who could doubt it? Upon the death of Muhammad, loyalists fought the Ridda Wars to prevent Muhammad's followers from drifting away from his invention. During those engagements, Abu Bakr wrote "Call [apostates] to reëmbrace Islam; if they refuse...burn them with fire and kill them with force." Islam, after all, offers nothing but the threefold intention to convert, conquer for the jizya (a protection-racket tax), or kill every non-Muslim on Earth. Islam is opposition only. It is not for anything except opposition to all who are not engaged in that opposition. That makes no sense? That's right; it makes no sense. Muslim lies cannot alter the brutal reality of Muslim history. The first Byzantine-Muslim engagement was September 629's Battle of Mu'tah, in the Levant, not the Hijaz. Muslims invaded India, not the reverse, Persia, not the reverse, Africa's Maghreb, not the reverse, Europe, not the reverse. Sayyid Qutb (1906-1966) once wrote "It may happen that the enemies of Islam consider it expedient not to take action against Islam if Islam leaves them alone in their geographical boundaries....But Islam cannot agree to this unless they submit to its authority by paying jizya, a guarantee that they have opened their doors for the preaching of Islam." And when Muslims give a contrary impression, they show that they simply want to win the utterly contemptible, baseborn, and ignoble war that Muhammad set in motion.

For a Muslim it is obligatory to maintain the quality of himself, especially in terms of: knowledge, faith, charity and piety so that he tries to stabilize himself before Allah, that he has become the most worthy human to be chosen by Allah (himself) to return to Allah in the heaven (as a pious Muslim because he has high standards of self quality and good character so that he is always able to make Allah pleased with him). At least, in every opportunity of worship, every Muslim must know and do whatever Allah desires so that everything that is done (desired) by a Muslim is all knowledge and will of Allah, which is in accordance with Allah's knowledge that has been taught/practiced by Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Why do Christians when having a conversation and a nice debate always resort to giving a sermon? Why do they always take over the conversation and machine gun questions? First this gentleman keeps giving what he thinks God says from the Bible which even they know has been corrupted. We don’t follow the Bible we follow the Quran. Also he quotes from Paul and others and says this is what Jesus said……no it’s at some anonymous people claimed Jesus said. This guy then proceeded to state he read the Quran yet he makes several errors and mistakes in our creed and understanding. Christians for the 1 millionth time….NO ONE WILL ENTER PARADISE WITHOUT ALLAHS MERCY……your good deeds are a condition but ultimately it is the Mercy of Allah(AWJ) that let you in. Even Prophet Muhammad (saw ) said his good deeds will not enter him into paradise but Allahs Mercy. Also Christians NO ONE knows what state they will die in. You could be a Jesus worshiping Trinitarian all your life then at the end die as a atheist…..No one knows how and what they state they will die so for Christians to claim they have a guarantee of Paradise is false. As it says in the Quran if you are so sure this is the case then long for death if you are truthful…

Good grief, kuroblabla2389. Okay, here you now have the floor for providing that truth. Say something good about Islam, not an excuse or explanation for an atrocity. I'm not looking for a defense of any kind. Show readers a moral/ethical lesson that Islam offers. Give us some admirable passages from the Qur'ān and tell us what’s positive about Muslim history, and/or how the world is better because of Muhammad or Islam.
