People outside of Aus won’t appreciate how difficult it is to amass a collection like this given how high our taxes are for everything, not to mention luxury car tax. Props to him for such an achievement.

Lmao the world is global, Australia, US, EU, North America same thing, if you think the taxes is what makes it easier or harder to achieve boy do you have a lot to learn and a ways to go. Money is money and you need a lot regardless where you are when collecting cars. What you fail to realize on a simple economic principle is that just because your car's cost more but you have free health insurance while in America car is cheaper but everyone pays for their own healthcare which is a lot, broken arm 5k, cavity 400, one night in the hospital is 25k, any scans are many thousands, if you get cancer it's easy to spend several 100k. That's just one example of thousands. So while your looking at the pennies being like it's crazy amount of pennies, but the pennies still equal a dollar, there's no free lunch anywhere and everywhere has their pros and cons but not to an extent that makes having super car collection easier or harder, regardless you need 100m, taxes is a by product of making money so it's a fruitless point to make. Your perception has a much bigger role in your life situation than you might realize, you need an expansive abundant mindset not a scarcity mindset, that's the first step to starting your journey in making any sizable success like this person has

Australia is a relatively low tax country compared to our peers. The complainers won’t like to admit it though. Plus, anyone who has a car collection like that would have so many financial schemes happening that they would pay hardly any income tax.

Have you heard about Clive Palmer's collection of cars? I think it's around 500 vehicles at this stage. He's trying to build a car museum on the Sunshine Coast to house the collection.

Wow! I've been living in Sydney for over half a century and until now didn't know that such a huge private supercar collection even existed in Australia, yet alone in Perth. I would guess that this is the biggest private supercar collection in Australia. This owner has more supercars in his warehouse than Lorbek or Dutton Garage would have in their Melbourne showroom! I would be interested to know more about the owner, Laurence? What does he do for a living, and how he manages to acquire such a unique collection.

Laurence would almost certainly have the most expensive collection here but I’m not sure it’s the largest. Tony Denny has 450 cars in his collection including 35 Ferraris ect.

The fact that this collection of cars in is Australia is extremely cool. But the fact that it is in Perth, the world’s most remote capital city, makes it the world’s coolest collection of cars on the planet. THEN, there the cars that comprises the collection & that they’re all driven & not one car is an exhibit or garage Queen or a low mileage investment. Cars are meant to be driven.

I feel sorry for those at the bottom. People care more about things than helping others. Judging by the comments section this is something most people would aspire to if only they could. My riches are in heaven and never rot. I may never be the owner of an expensive car but people around me can say that I did everything in my power to help others first, and little to nothing out of vanity and extravagance for own indulgence. Tbh I find it sickening those at the top with such collections. Give it away and save your soul.
