I didn’t know how much I needed a flame-spitting FD in my life until watching this. Albo, the wheels on the S2K look great. I like the old tucked look, but the poke looks pretty good on the overall build.

The Nissan Leopard you found @ 6:30 is a 2nd Gen Leopard, known as the F31. The Nissan Leopards first came out in 1980 and finish production in 1999. The Leopards have the FR layout and most of them came with a V6 engine with some turbo-powered V6 options. They were essentially Nissan's counterpart to the Toyota Chaser. There are 4 generations of this car, first being the F30 (1980-1986), then F31, Y32 (1992-1996), and lastly the Y33 (1996-1999). The F31 (in the US is called the Infiniti M30) you see here was in production from 1986 to 1992. They come with 5 different engine options of three 2.0L V6 engines (VG20) (with one of them equipped with a turbocharger) and two 3.0L V6 engines (VG30) (with one of them being turbocharged as well). They also came in either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission. The body style of all F31s is only a 2-door "B" pillar hardtop coupe. A cool thing about the F31 is that is has a pretty cool technology system, which is the DUET-SS "Super Sonic Suspension" II system, which is an adjustable suspension system that uses a sonar module located under the front bumper that scan road surfaces and adjust the suspension accordingly via actuators mounted on the strut towers. This tech was also installed onto other Nissan models at during the time when the F31 was produced. Hope this helps and thanks for the vids ALBO!

That toyota Cynos looks strikingly similar to a car my friend had. I've seen these in California a few times. Here they called it a toyota tercel. It was a super basic car, small light no power steering. It came out in the early 90s or late 80s before the yaris. I bet if it sold better it would have been the model that the yaris is today. Edit: I found this exact car. In north America it was called the Paseo

I had an FD as my first car, and I gotta say these cars run extremely rich, probably as a safety measure against blown engines. I had just a turbo back exhaust and that thing was shooting flames like the one in the video.

I visited Tokyo in 2018 and met some random car people in Akihabara. They took me to Daikoku parking area and out to an area where there was some street racing. I know DDE went to the same racing spot in their videos when they were in Japan.. Can't remember what it was called. But when I was there it was a Holiday weekend and so there was not a huge turn out at Daikoku parking area.. What nights are best to go? Do you usually do all this filming on the weekend? Or do you go there mid week? Cheers!
