Alternative of seated leg raise is to put two heavy dumbels just above knees and put a weight plate on ground and just put the frontal part of the base of legs

Brother u cn do standing calf raises at any lifted platform like step board, steps etc with weights or without but with high reps.. And ur calves will be on fire 🔛🔥 And u should also know that seated calve raises is best for the soleus muscle which lie just below ur calf muscles.. I hope it'll help ✌🙏
