My plan... I think ppl are really missing the opportunity of having a 5 color eldrazi commander. I want to get this deck and combine it with my Zhulodok deck. This is meant to be a go wide deck and there are so many ways to take advantage of stuff. Add chimil the inner sun, your spells can't be countered, add asceticism, your creatures have hexproof, add akromas memorial and you already get eldrazi monument. Add doubling season for a ton of tokens. Add roaming throne, and abstruse archaic to triple your cast triggers, so you make a ton of tokens that are protected, you triple your cast triggers, so Zhulodok cascades 6 times when triggered, and with ulallek as the commander EVERYTHING gets doubled.

I’m new to magic. I started playing 3 months ago. And am just now really getting into the lore. It’s cool to see an Eldrazi deck coming out shortly after I started. I can’t wait to get my hands on this deck for some more competitive play

Loved the breakdown, I'm still new to EDH and never played Eldrazi before so this video was helpful in explaining things! The only card that comes to mind that I would add is Doubling Season from WIlds of Eldraine for that double tokens and counters!

Some people had unreal expectations from this deck. I love it! I already have a Zhulodok deck so I'll take it apart to splice it together with this one and the newer cards. Morophon + Fist of Suns + any flash enabler = surprise fun for the rest of the table!

This commander deck is honestly such a full circle moment for me. 8 ish years ago back when I was a wee lad in highschool, i tried making a scion/spawn themed deck in standard to hard cast emrakul for the win con. I'm so excited to se a commander made specifically to enable scion/spawn strategies. I'm going to include trigger copy cards like abstruse archaic, zhulodok, strionic resonator, and lithoform engine. Double token creation cards could be fun too!

I love this deck. My mind immediately goes to token multipliers like doubling season, parallel lives, Ojer Taq, etc. Then add in some ETB’s like impact tremors. So when you’re making the scions and lil 1/1’s you’re burning your opponents and building a giant army at the same time. I know those aren’t colorless, but could be fun. Also, dark depths pairs well with the new card that removes all counters. It is a long shot to get both, but a boy can dream.

This seems like an interesting take on an Eldrazi deck. Looking forward to seeing it in action.

The combination of two big eldrazis are insane! And it's effect is hilarious. Definitely adding some cascade triggers, nyxbloom ancient, and definitely some things to make ulalek even funnier like helm of the host. 🤣

Since you asked… 😅 I personally would make this Eldrazi focus around the secondary commander and turn this into a Scion focused spell doubling deck. Find some great black and green support. Focus on some fun colorless blue support from this set. That is my abbreviated take on this deck. Great video by the way! Glad I found your channel.

Love all the cast triggers of eldrazi and really like the fact that you can copy all your spells and Abillities on stack as you said i think flash is very important with this and from that on i think you can add a lot of the old eldrazi and it would be a great deck!

This is really interesting. I honestly like the secondary commander even more, with the massive pump effect option.

I haven't actually played an Eldrazi deck yet, I got some very good pulls from the pre-release and was very interesting in getting this deck to make use of them!

I absolutely adore this deck, but if I were to suggest a few adds, Void Winnower, Heliod the radiant dawn and maybe some kindred spells. Very good video, and wonderful brew! ^^

Completely new to magic so this is very helpful

I will say that back in the day I built a very illegal eldrazi deck that was ran off of urza lands and cloudposts. As far as this new deck I think it's a very solid start but would definitely add some things like darksteel monolith, that way you can get the bigger eldrazi out fast and definitely add some things to play off the Commander to really ramp things up fast.

Gonna be planning a lot, with the past Eldrazi deck and the new stuff in MH3, there's just too much to work with now. Gonna be fun to see how many variations one can shoot for.

Building it based on Azlask would be fun. And could benefit from some sort of Haste+Trample enables so that the Commander Master Eldrazi lets your Cascade into a full board of creatures to swing with

I think a really cool inclusion would be an enchantment that gives the old colored eldrazi like the Rapacious one devoid so you can use them with equal synergy. As for existing card includes from beyond would be cool to put on the field with Awakening zone

I plan to mash up unbound and incursion (makes sense with FUSED atrocity hehe) adding some color eldrazi from zendikar that add things for utility like haste, flash, and allow spawns to be mana rocks to bring out the titans and other big fatties. I know eldrazi unbound was more artifact focused to get mana rocks so this one should allow us to build incursion in a way to have utility eldrazi and the spawns sac themselves for the titans instead of a ton of artifacts to be a TRUE eldrazi tribal deck

my Uncle has an old school eldrazi deck I think this would blow his mind lol. Helm of the host would be super fun in this.

I want to go the same way your building but an add I think would be great for your brew would be isochron scepter for the kindred spells! It makes the kindred spells repeatable and if you want you can make it combo. But even without comboing having an unwinding clock/seedborn muse untap the scepter with mana rocks +flash makes it so you can cast and copy eldrazi during each players turn!

Great review man. I was also thinking of adding cards like Panharmonicon & Strionic Resonator (and Roaming Throne if your budget allows) to trigger your abilities additional times. For which I wouldn't add in the tribal (excuse me .. "Kindred" ;-p ) Lorwyn spells. Agreed they are cheap spells to work with Ulalek's ability, but I feel like they won't do enough.

never played with eldrazi before so this would be a cool intro for myself on how it all works

To be honest I would go with less flash and more big eldrazi things. I love the titans effects, and doubling up on those would make smashing your way through so easy, add lord effects like coat of arms and stuff like that. More cost reduction through urzas incubator, and get good use of the typal effects from the 5 colors. I know it’s all a bit basic but I love it.

Imagine all the possibilities with all the color pool available. beastmaster ascension, guardian project, kindred dominance,counterspells,teferi's protection,reanimate, cyclonic rift,green tutors...I hope I get lucky 🔥🎉

I got the Zhuladok deck and can't wait to get this commander deck and combine the 2! Also to get an opportunity to use my coloured eldrazi cards again after Golos got banned as making a 5 colour eldrazi deck was not great before this deck was announced.

I have wanted to build 5 color Eldrazi for forever now. I was going to build it when Golos Was around, but by the time I got around to doing it, Golos got banned. I'm very excited to see what possibilities this deck will hold. Hopefully some new and fun (possibly broken) synergies will come from this.

The Eldrazi are amazing!! I love the lore behind them in which they’re considered the immune system of the multiverse. An eldritch horror that comes to destroy your plane when it starts to threaten the rest of the multiverse. The commander to use is definitely Azlask😩 I’m looking to put the Kozilek I pulled at prerelease into it. I recently got back into Magic after a long hiatus, and my friends used to have a strong tron deck with the original titans😤

I’m so happy they made another Eldrazi deck! I would immediately add From Beyond and I’m taking quite a few cards from the zhuladok deck. That and added yavimaya and urborg for mana fixing.

Ive already commented before for my chance to win the deck, so this is just a normal comment. But to further make my point about not needing the Titans for the deck and instead making your own, eldrazi displacer+brood monitor+flayer drone are a 3 piece combo that probably elicits more concern. Or just displacer in general. Same goes for the new eldrazi angel that makes scions and spawns into 4/4s. That thing is arguably scarier than emrakul because it drops like a bomb in a go wide cannon fodder deck. Broodbutcher is also a scary thing to consider because of its ability to give -2/-2 and if you have your mana fixed with world tree, chromatic lantern, leyline of the guildpact, etc etc, to pay the golgari activation you can machine gun the board. The titans are fun and obviously good, but costly inserts. Both their flavor inclusion and abilities instill concern, but the deck itself already has a aura to it, much like Slivers in my opinion, of kill on site. Eldrazi are like the flood from Halo. They unify a group to bring them down. If you want to enjoy being the archenemy from the moment the commander is whipped out on the table for set up, because you have the titans, thats fine. If you have a pod like mine that has a stigma about how much of a pain the deck will be, NOT including the titans and winning in a not so "kill on site" way is funner in my eyes.

I'm excited to play my first 5 color deck with this one. I've been thinking that this deck could use more ramp especially being in green so I'd add some land ramp and a few more artifacts to get the eldrazi going. This deck seems to have decent card draw, though I'd want to add more in blue like mystic remora to set up late game, then once I've gotten value from my colors, I can wipe them away and leave only the eldrazi standing. I think the last thing I'd add is cards that tutor like beech the mirror diablioc intent since it generates a ton of tokens!

Eldrazi have always been a creature type thats appealed to me as a lover of scifi and coamic horror stuff but wow has it been hard to get them due to price. This seems like a pretty dang good way to dip my toes into the creature type!

I can't wait to build so many versions of this

Thanks for the great video, honestly my First focus was on Ulalek, but after i red the second Commander ability i was all in. Just make a ton of scions and attack. You dont really meed the experience counter, because annihalator will trigger anyway. Unfortunately, in Commander, the guy who plays such deck, will be hard focussed 😂

been waiting for a five color eldrazi commander for years, I'm not disappointed with the two options they gave

im excited to build a big boys deck to copy all my huge CMC eldrazi for big swingy plays, I’ve been trying to purchase edits slowly all month for the deck and now im just missing the precon itself, fingers crossed I get lucky! (great video by the way, saw some cards I forgot about that I might need to pick up)

I love Eldrazi and I can't wait for this deck to come out. One of my favorite play styles is token so I'm going to love the combination of the 2.

I would give Rites of Flourishing a try. It benefits everyone at the table but could definitely help the Eldrazi ramp and draw extra cards

Definately gonna focus on Azlask, using blink effects for the eldrazi that make scions on ETB. Gonna throw pawn of ulamog in there and add some sac as well to really rake up experience counters. A small side theme, I wanna add the eldrazi that can put exiled cards into opponents graveyard so I can interact with players plot, fortell, and suspend cards.

I plan to shave out all the other colors but green, and just run dryad, prismatic omen, and chromatic lantern to get access to the 5 colors needed. That way I can just run a solid green ramp package.

Will definitely run it with Azlask and eldrazi spawn/scion generators. You were right about how freakin cool it would be to have 30 annihilator 1 triggers.

I was a little disappointed at first that it didn't have any titans. But I can absolutely see this deck building towards that mid range play. You don't need titans if you have big eldrazi, I love the fact that the new legendary eldrazi is literally what I predicted. Though I thought it was gonna duplicate off of devoid spells not eldrazi. The triggered ability and activated ability is just the cherry on top. Zhulidok will be an obvious include. :)

This is the deck im looking forward to the most out of these new ones! I absolutely love the eldrazi, though i can never afford to keep up with their cost. Its hard to say which card id remove, theres a lot of good cards in this deck. Regardless of who comes out, id have to make room for at least one of the big titas, preferably Emrakul Aeons Torn! That flying annihilator is just too good to deny!

You mentioned my favorite add, which would be Void Winnower. It's just such a unique effect that seems really fun in multi-player.

My playgroup doesn't like my current commander I play right now (Very Lightly Upgraded 'Call for Backup' Precon). I would love to play this deck and watch them squirm!

I’ve never once played a eldazi deck but this is scary for a newish player😂 I would probably add in rhystic study for some card draw and get rid of ever flowing chalice like you said yourself.

I've always been fascinated and wanted to build an Eldrazi commander deck, they're all so cohesive, powerful, and scary in ways other decks can't compare. I'd definitely throw in some older Eldrazis to possibly beef it up even more even though it's already beefy out the gate, and even though it's not an Eldrazi I think a Soul of New Phyrexia would be nice for its give everything indestructible ability to add a tiny bit of the scary effect

I've never run Eldrazi, but it'd be fun to branch out into this part of EDH. It'd also give me a chance to try out different tactics at my LGS.

I like the path you took this down, but I didn’t see Heliod, The Radiant Dawn. If you flip this with some card draw enablers you can cast your spells super cheap on opponents turns. I like this Eldrazi deck far more than the last one they made.

So, for my build for Ulalek, I decided to lean fully into Annihilator triggers, with a bit of cost reduction on the side. Ulalek being 5 colors means that I get to run both Isshin and Wulfgar to get a total of 3x the Annihilator triggers. I've also got Mutated Cultist to insta-empty a Dark Depths(also, you said the Cultist can save you from a death to infect, but it only removes counters from opponents if you decide to target a player)

I've never messed around with Eldrazi. WUBRG is my all-time favorite, and to see it be a thing for Eldrazi is pretty awesome!

I would like to lean into the scion and spawns by add some aristocrat effects like blood artist and butcher of Malakir.

If I got this deck I would love to run the alternate commander Azlask, the swelling scourge. My idea is to just run the board with lots of scion tokens and token doublers and just have a fun token deck to play with friends if I were to win this. but love the new deck and what they are bringing forth to magic. I love seeing a commander that will be able to benefit the little guys!

My son got me into MTG, and we use pre-cons to build better decks . I enjoy spending time with my son before he gets older. He's always wanted to build an Eldrazi deck.

I went with Ulalek because I thought the extra value from ** colorless is insane. I've never played eldrazi before, so I'm pretty excited to see what a decent budget deck can do. I don't actually have the precon, so I would love to get this on the drawing. I did happen to pull a ton of valuable eldrazi from my packs.

I think I saw someone else saying this - but I think the most direct upgrade to this deck is taking a lot of what the Zhulodok deck does and adding that to this. With the addition of color ramping opening up options to hit that higher mana even faster.
