Malik Monk is what you dream for as a go-to guy in the fourth. That end of regulation three was poised! His performance in OT and 2OTs are just impressive and other worldly. Doing it in a fashion where you are defended by the best perimeter defenders in the game Powell, Leonard, and George. Going from behind. Damn. You have it all in one guy!

Too many turnovers, usually at critical moments in the game, always "Rock the Baby to sleep" and he looks like a pedo doing it, then loses the game with his stupidty. Poison in the locker room. Low effort little child when he doesn't get what he wants. But the nail clippers got him at a very low price, so in this case, he's definitely a plus now...

This was playoff caliber game, what we got to look forward to. Westbrook very decent game in his debut with the Clippers, his 5 turnovers we could do without. Great game, both teams we’re aware how critical this game was.. Kawhi was on fire 🔥.

Land mark victory & NBA Game. Them Kings Can Ball and Are Fir Real. I've always loved the Monks game. I'm happy for him..He has room to grow on a young team and flourish via his leadership, scoring ability, and athleticism. Sac is a young exciting team. This game obviously brings back memories of The Pistons over Nuggets Triple OT Thriller 186-178 This was amazing. Congrats to both teams and Congrats to Westbrook who has a Team where the pressure isn't so paramount and he can finally do his thing. I think it's a great fit. I believe now that those issues are behind him and he can finally focus on just basketball. Great job to both teams. Phenomenal Game & Output.

I don’t really understand what he did wrong though. He knew he wasn’t the best guy to take the shot so he gave it back to PG (since there was 10 seconds left) and waited at the 3 point line in case PG got doubled. He was ready for a catch and shoot 3, PG just trusted his own shot.

@@xdarkxskullzx look at the spacing when Russ gets the ball. IF he drove baseline, monk is forced to pick him up, leaving Powell open for corner three. At this point Kawhi’s man can choose to defend the corner which would leaving kawhi cutting to the basket for easy bucket. Instead of giving the ball back to PG for an iso play with no floor spacing

@@TheHomieTitz They didn’t want to leave any time for Sacramento to get another shot up though, that’s likely the play that Ty Lue drew up. It’s easy to say what’s the most optimal option while sitting on the couch looking at tape and being able to see the whole floor instead of actually being in the heat of the moment. Clippers have done this a lot this season where they’ve just put the ball in the hands of their best player and let him win the game. It’s not an indictment on Westbrook’s IQ.

Props to 2 teams, I watched this few minutes before the end of 1st qtr I believe when Kawhi did a buzzer beater and thought why they are not going to dugout and stayed at the bench, didn't realize that it's only end of 1st qtr and already 40-40 tie game. Wondering why PG is not playing to the end of the 2nd OT, also thought why coach Lue picked Gordon instead of Mann when Russ was fouled out and that gave Kings a quick comeback before the end of 2nd OT. I like Russ fearless going to the rim as clippers needs it. Also props to Fox late 4th qtr defense, forcing a TO to Russ, steal to PG twice and that offensive foul from Powell during inbound play after that gave me a gasp. Fox and Monk seems like they still have a lot of gas on their tank while playing 2nd night in a row is beyond me. Also props to Metu, that docile killer giant outplayed Plumlee in the end.

I think Russ was the only one that saw that Monk was going to be open. Norm Powell was the one ball-watching--he went for a steal and his man got open. Russ was scrambling to cover for a teammate.
