In this video, I am bank crappie fishing with a double jig rig under a slip cork. This rig is one of the best setups for crappie fishing, but it is really deadly for bank crappie fishing. This double jig rig allows you to fish at multiple depths so you can keep the baits in the strike zone longer and pin point exactly what depths the crappie are located. I really like the channel, there’s boat fishing, river fishing, bridge fishing on boat or bank. I have a boat but I love having these special little places when the time is right go there and catch nice fish, sometimes you don’t have time to get the boat out or maybe you don’t even need to.

Awesome video as always. You hooked me, subscribed today. One thing I’d like to point out to everyone but no one in particular, it’s a privilege to have public access to a killer spot like this. Those of you die hards out there know there aren’t a ton of bank spots like this left and they are getting fewer. So if you see a bunch of trash lying around, regardless if you left it there or not, you can help yourself and future access to your honey hole by taking 2 minutes to leave it cleaner than you found it. Keep up the great content.

Great point!! Recently had an excellent 8 acre pond locked down and posted, simply because careless people would leave trash scattered about. This pond was adjacent to the interstate and 5 minutes from town, was yielding some 15" crappie and 3lb. bass. Sad that it only takes a few to ruin it for everyone else!!

Some folks just don't have or use any fishing etiquette! I think it's very rude to do that myself and I will have to admit that you handled that situation better than I probably would have. I found it hilarious that you were still catching monsters while fishing right where he imposed on you at. Great job. I had some serious health problems a few years back and had to sell both of my boats, so I really love fishing videos where you are fishing from the bank because that's all I can do at the time. You kept your cool better than I would have. I had a similar incident while saugeye fishing at my local reservoir last week. A guy saw that I was catching fish and started casting literally right on top of where I was casting. I told him that he was crossing my line, and he kept casting. Eventually, he got the idea, but decided to throw a few insults/profanities at me. I told him just how disrespectful he was being, and he told me, "This ain't your land bro" 😅. He was acting aggressive, like he wanted to fight me over it. He then promptly got in his truck and left. I think the fool humiliated himself. 😅 People are unbelievable.

I love your channel! I’m in Michigan by lake St.Clair . I love crappies fishing and would love fish with you. I new to crappie fishing and I just love fishing and eating them. So trying to learn how to find them. Everyone I talk to try to tell you but they don’t know or don’t want to show you. Would love to win a trip with you. My friend been trying but not having any luck.
