Yeah, I bought VKB Sim flight stick for playing DCS, best value premium flight stick so far, will buy the throttle in future if existing throttle faulty.

I agree with the idea of more videos about the unsung heroes. I have always been the backend guy, supporting the roles that are more outward-facing. Although I don’t ever feel the need to be acknowledged working in the shadows which is my preference anyway, I do feel that the supporting roles deserve recognition from time to time. My dad was in the Air Force, and he was one of the supporting roles as well, and I couldn’t be more proud of him, despite that he’s never flown a jet :) Thanks again for making this video!

Flying is a byproduct of maintenance, and for a jet to even get off the ground it takes a team of dedicated, skilled, and talented individuals to make it go. I will make a video on the unsung heroes who keep these aircraft going. Thanks to you and your dad for the service and contributions to the USAF.

I've been in the power generation industry for more than a couple of decades now, and I know what it takes to keep the gas turbines running :) our guys literally work in the shadows to keep everybody else's lights on. It's not a fancy job, but essential in so many ways. Thanks again!

The pilot for my flight in a TJ-4J c.1983, was a Top Gun grad p.s. a a maintainer, I especially appreciate the nod. The fellas I knew in the day that attended Top Gun busted their humps as we'd say, to meet the intense ops tempo of the exercise. Bravo Zulu, USN, USMC, USAF and foreign services, ground crews.... nothing flies without you. Sierra Hotel!

Maybe you need to do one of these also of USMC's WTI, held in Yuma, Az, twice per year. Right NOW: infact , WTI , is going on. It finishes on the 20th of April.

i am prior USAF - in addition to the crews you mentioned - Don't forget about logistics - and communications - without which - needed supplies wont get ordered or delivered. USAF - if you are not a fighter pilot - you are support - that being said - the tip of the spear is nothing without the shaft...

It's fun watching these guys dogfight over in the Owens Valley California it's like there doing the Matrix. Also like watching them zip down the low level Sidewinder route along the Owens River. They will buzz you at times.
