Awesome stuff!! I often find that using one or two loose dogs the boars or more comfortable to stop and stand rather than getting pressure hard by more than 3 dogs. What do you think??

nice bit of hunting there, can i ask about leaving the pigs over night, if not gutted wont it be going off by now, guess it isnt so hot there. My place is over run with them and come up to our house but we are in Portugal, as they are so close im looking at a high powered PCP air rifle .... i caught a small one by his leg the other night but he slipped out of my hand and got away , we'll meet again 😆

What caliber is your lever action? I have a 357 Rossi. Where you get that strap I love it. Great video

We use the .44 magnum. Seems to drop the boars really well. The strap is a ‘Butlers Creek’ sling. We decided to go with it purely because it looked nice with the cherry wooden stock on the Rossi.

im a pig hunter we just went for a hunt no pig but dogs bail up a stag but no deer but my mom dad shot a 16point on his bloc.My big pig is a 150 pound.

OM Hog, just wen I thought I'd be watching reruns of Friends for like the 20th time, this jumps into my feed and there are Kiwis diving left, right and all over dodging charging boar hogs?? Y'all needs to get a couple of those heavy Aussie luggers to replace the legendary Peanut. Every time I'm lucky to go hogging down under I'm amazed at how good those Aussie Bull Arabs are on their massive ferral hogs. It still amazes me that y'all eat those little Kiwi hogs but hey, there's no way I'm ever gunna eat bear overhere when I can order a cooked steak for less than I can buy raw at the store hey bro.

Haha yea it was an exciting couple of hunts! We quite like the smaller dogs over here they seem to be a lot better at pulling them up and it’s fun when the dogs bail them and you get to shoot them. Makes for better videos that hopefully don’t get age restricted for being too gnarly for people. Glad you enjoyed the hunt rather than more episodes of friends😂

Yea it was a nice jaw, a few years ago the numbers in that spot got out of control so I wonder whether it starved back then. Either way it was a bit of a shame not to catch him.
