Ocala seems to be the new "Go-To" place in Florida! I owned a 2 bdr. ranch, 27 miles from there, (Beverly Hills) for 14 years, (1990-2004), for which I paid $30,000. & sold for $55,000. I think that prospective, new Fla. homeowners should 'think twice' before spending $368k on homes, there! Florida home values have been known to drop drastically!

No competition, house #2 all day! the layout is better, better kitchen/living room set up. Main bedroom is a real suite, got to have my tub.

Love that you tell the price and taxes up front. I liked the 2nd home,need more counter space to the end of the kitchen wall.

Hi Renzo, loved the 2nd home. They needed to Repaved/Painted the Garage Flooring to remove all those spots. I figured this one was expensive, but with the incentives, you can't go wrong Here, Nice Presentation Video 📷📸.

The second home's 'living room' was ridiculously small for that home's size! The open space concept can seem mighty small, after awhile!
