Wish that beautiful house wasn’t in MO. I drove threw that area and absolutely hated it. The north east,south east,silver springs location is absolutely beautiful and very safe. Ocala is awesome.

A great price for a nice little starter home, or for retired seniors. I just can`t imagine living in a home without a basement level.

@@chrisgraham2904 Lots of reasons: 1) My husband uses a wheelchair and a one-level house is ideal for us. 2) the areas where I live were probably wetlands in the past and some houses in my neighborhood are a little lower than the street. As a result, our houses are constantly flooded during heavy rain. It doesn't bother me that much, because my basement is unfinished, but my neighbor has replaced the floors in the basement several times over the last 10 years. 3) I have a lot of spiders and bugs in the basement. 4) I don't like places with small windows and little natural light.

@@avagosiewski2018 O.K., I understand that. Certainly there are homes with basements that are better called cellars. Improperly constructed basements with water issues create health issues and can't be considered suitable living spaces. For many, the cellar is just usable as a storage space or somewhere to house the furnace, water heater or other utilities. Unfortunately, builders don't always do their due diligence to match a home to the topography. In my city, when I was 12 years old, they built a high school on top of my favorite frog pond and we laughed and told the engineers that the school would sink. The school closed this year and is scheduled for total demolition next spring, because 70 percent of the school has sunk 18 inches into the ground. lol.

@@chrisgraham2904, My house was built in the 50's. The last one on the main street. An office building has been built next to my house which is higher than my backyard. When it rains heavily, I have a pond in the yard. A few years ago there was such a downpour that the pump in the basement couldn't get the water out. I planted trees around and now it helps. Just an old house with many problems.

🕊✨ Good Morning! Thanks for this presentation. Two questions! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Does have septic or hooked To the city? Did I see wrong or it was carpet on the master bathroom area? Iam not quite sure about my thoughts around this area. This Private builder should show DH Horton how to design kitchens and bathrooms. Have a Pleasant Day! ☀️

Nothing, every other house they're building looks exactly the same. Some are 15 in a row with just the floor plan flipped. Like a retirement community minus the amenities. Out of state investors bought up all that property to sell overpriced houses to out of state people. 2008 all over again very soon.
