Both of those houses have challenging lots, nice house, horrible lot with side view of the neighbor, shame on west bay for cramming those houses on side lots like that. I would never want to live staring at my neighbors side 😂

Gotta use every available inch! lol. I wouldn't buy them either just based on the lot, but they do have other lots available.

My sister lives in west salem (Oregon) and the way they pack houses in, then charge premium prices because it’s an upscale neighborhood, just blows my mind! Many of the lots have a house in the front of the lot, then another in the back. So the front house has no privacy and the back house has a view of the backside of the front house. And these houses sell!
