What are your thoughts on this area compared to Parrish? These floor plans are beautiful.

Different vibe. I love this neighborhood as it’s in/near a marina. What are you looking for in a lifestyle?

Personally have never lived in a marina before, nor into boating or water activities, although there’s a first for everything I suppose. Looking for a second home (that may become my primary residence eventually) that can function as sort of a secluded retreat but still near reasonable amenities and things to do. Don’t care much about schools or family friendly amenities in particular. Looked at Parrish previously which was very nice but felt a bit too rural/underdeveloped for my own personal taste.

⁠the Parrish and North Palmetto (Moccasin Wallow and Buckeye) areas are exploding and will continue to develop so could be good from a value standpoint.
