I really like property no.1. Although an older property it was very spacious and had a great sized pool.

House #1: The big tree caught my attention! Plenty of space inside and out, though dining rooms aren't as popular as they used to be. The bonus room is a good place to put the noisy TV. House #2: Nice house, though I'm not keen on a double-access bathroom. This house suffers greatly from lack of landscaping, and being a corner lot the yard is doubly exposed. I can't imagine sitting around that fire pit with half the world watching! House #3 also suffers from a lack of landscaping. I like carpeted bedrooms, but for a family with young children a carpeted dining area has its problems. First impressions count, but apparently the owners of houses 2 and 3 don't believe it's worth spending a few bucks to make that first 60 seconds worthwhile.

The first house takes the cake for me.

Nice tour of reasonably priced homes, not over inflated. However, 3rd home with taxes over 4K is just way over taxed! Does the city service department come and cut the grass? Just seems extremely high for the size and price of the home.

Hey Kaleb. First house seemed all over the place. Rewound 3x and couldn’t feel it. But with some cleaning up love the pool. Second house clean but don’t like the backyard unless the fence could move back to make room for a pool. Floors awesome. The third house , primary with 1 sink? Looks like a fiberglass shower? No pool but can definitely fit a pool. Home is basic. Molding and upgrades really make a difference. Thanks Kaleb. See you next video.

Up here in NW Ohio, the only homes for $300k, are mold infested 30 to 40 + year old crap houses. Very frustrating.
